  I really wanted to love this place and kept giving benefit of doubt…. But I’m extremely disappointed with my last experience here. This is the only shop that has serviced my 2023 Audi A4 for approximately two years, including regular oil changes and the 60,000-mile service. I rarely, if ever, open the hood, and I have not had any front-end work performed elsewhere. On one previous occasion, I brought my car to the shop after it suddenly alerted me that it was overheating on the same day I had picked it up. Luckily, I was already nearby, so I called and stopped at the shop immediately. They found that a cap or component in the cooling system was cracked and needed to be replaced. At that time, the large plastic cover over the radiator support and hood-latch area was still in place. After a later few routine oil service, that large cover was discovered to be completely missing, leaving the area exposed. The shop typically performs inspections during service, including during my 60,000-mile service. They asked whether I had taken my car anywhere else, and I explained that I had not. They suggested that the cover may have simply fallen off. Considering the size of the piece, I find that explanation difficult to understand. I also obtained two second opinions, and neither supported the idea that this type of cover would normally “just fall off”. Neither inspection found obvious signs of forced removal, so I cannot prove exactly when or how it disappeared. What I do know is that this shop has been the only place servicing my car, the cover was previously in place, and it was later discovered missing after my vehicle had continued to be serviced there. What disappointed me most was the lack of willingness to seriously investigate what happened or take any responsibility for the situation. I was then quoted approximately $368 to replace the missing cover, including more than $200 for the part, plus labor and freight. This experience seriously affected my trust in the shop. I recommend that customers check their vehicles carefully before and after service and make sure all covers, panels, and components are properly reinstalled.

  Auto Euphoria is the best. I live in Willis, Tx but still have relatives in Killeen. Recently I visited with my family and my car broke down. Everyone here is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The people here helps customers even if they decide not to get their car fixed here. If I’m ever in town and need my car serviced I would definitely recommend getting it fixed at this establishment THANK YOU AUTO EUPHORIA
