  Came in for a routine brake change but was informed of bigger issues such as brake fluid leak and other underlying issues. However, instead of most mechanic shops just doing I came for he recommended to contact my warranty with dodge and didn’t charge me a dime for the inspection. Very professional and informative how all mechanics should be and not be money hungry. Providing excellent service and professional advice

  Great experience with Alignment & Brakes Specialist! The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle and made sure everything was done right. The service was efficient, the work was high quality, and I felt like I was treated honestly and fairly. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable automotive service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Worst shop I’ve ever been too truck was aligned great replaced tie rods and ball joints in the front just went for a simple alignment to just put it back to how it was before replacing the parts, after waiting 4+ hours for the alignment to finally be completed I was told “we couldn’t align it completely because your missing suspension parts” and charged full amount, but couldn’t tell me what parts unless I paid an additional $115 for a diagnostic so it left drove it out and immediately realized the alignment was done horribly too busy to come back same day or next day but 2 days after I returned for either my refund or to just get it fixed and was met with ignorance and incompetence by shop “owner” insulting me saying I should go fix it myself, Atrocious customer service, all in all you’d be better off going ANYWHERE else.

  Mannnnnnn I’ve been trying to deal with an issue for a couple years now and after a whole lot of back and forth these guys FINALLY came through for me. Noel got me squared away and the boss man got a hold of all the info I needed. Thank you thank you THANK YOU
