  I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the pricing difference between locations. When I lived in Temple, I paid around $88 for an oil change on my 2020 Cadillac CT6. Now that I have moved back to Kerrville, the exact same establishment is charging me $120 for the exact same oil and service. Nothing about my vehicle has changed. I’m requesting the same type of oil and the same service I have received for years, so why am I suddenly expected to pay significantly more simply because I am in Kerrville? I find it absolutely ridiculous that the same company can charge different prices from one community to another for the exact same product and service. Why should people in Kerrville be expected to pay more? And before anyone says, “Just go back to Temple,” that is not the point. I live in Kerrville. I lived here for three years before the Fourth of July flood, temporarily relocated, and then moved back once our living situation was settled. Customers should not have to drive to another city just to receive a fair price from the same company. I have been paying around $80–$88 for this service for years, and now I’m being quoted $120 simply because of the location. I think that is absurd, frustrating, and completely unfair. If it is the same oil, the same service, and the same company, customers deserve an explanation as to why the price is so drastically different depending on which community they live in. Kerrville customers deserve to be treated fairly too.

  5 stars all around. Daniel and Angel specifically were amazing. Great attitude and very helpful. As a single mom I worry about getting taken advantage of at any type of shop, but these guys don't do that. They are honest and have integrity. You can tell they take pride in their work and the customer service is the best. Definitely going back for all my oil changes. Thank you, guys for being honest and hard working. That sure is rare these days.

  Went for routine oil change today and the technician stripped the adapter stud to my oil filter. I have a new nissan kicks and the part is factory. So, now my car sits at valvoline waiting to be repaired on Tuesday. They did open a case with home office and told me i would be reimbursed for a rental car. Problem is, they are closed on weekends here in kerrville so I didnt have that option. This is probably the 5th time going here and the second star is because they are trying to help. I do feel I deserve some sort of reimbursement for the inconvenience as we have another vehicle but with our jobs in two different directions it makes it very difficult to share a vehicle. I also pray this doesn't cause future issues with my vehicle. Please please make this worth our hassle and hardship and do better.

  Went in for oil change and transmission flush 3 weeks ago after calling ahead to make sure they could do both. I live 50 miles away. Oil was changed but I was told that they do not carry the flush for a Chevy Silverado transmission. They told me to buy some at an auto part store and they would do the flush for $165. I returned the next week, purchased the flush recommended by NAPA and took it in to be serviced. After a lengthy delay the manager came back and said Vavoline told him it had to be a specific flush. I returned the flush and was not able to find the recommended flush in town. I ordered online and returned the next week. After waiting in the bay for over an hour I was told the transmission needed a tool that they did not have to do the flush. I then waited another 30 minutes while they tried pulling the fluid from the flush machine and put it back into the bottles. When I asked the manager how he could not know what tool was needed to complete the job on the most commonpickupon the road, he snapped at me and said I told you 5 time we couldn't do the flush. When I reminded him what he told me each time over the last 3 weeks he agreed. I get he may have been frustrated, but I'm the one who was inconvenienced 3 different times and driving 100 miles round trip each time. I'll never go back there.
