  Ken Stoepel takes service to its community and clientele serious. I recently bought a truck with Ken Stoepel. I walked in, was greeted by multiple people asking if I needed help. When I told them I had an appointment, they asked if I needed anything to drink while someone went to get the sales person I was working with, Alfred Hernandez. Then, in only a few short minutes of talking, Alfred found me a vehicle based on my preferences, budget, and lifestyle without trying to push me towards a purchase that other less trustworthy dealerships might try to pressure someone to make. Walked out extremely happy. From start to finish, it was a great and easy experience, and I expect anyone who works with the dealership will have the same experience I had.

  We had a great experience. Phillip Marlow, our salesman, was amazing. Well, he helped my wife with this purchase, which was a Fathers day gift to me. He was very courteous, attentive, and very helpful. He even sent us a video of the truck since we were from out of town....Tom , the numbers guy was also very courteous and helpful. Thank you so much for this amazing transaction. We bought a 2019 f150, which is in mint condition. Thank you Phillip, Tom, and Ken Stoepl Ford. We are very happy with our purchase and with the whole process. I highly recommend dealing with Ken Stoepel dealership. Would give 100 stars if I could.

  Thanks to Tava Hamilton (sales) and Kiefer Dutton (finance) for putting me in the new F-150. I ran into Tava when I was short on time. He asked me to give him a shot at getting the best price when I was ready. Salesmen usually say that, but Tava made it happen! Kiefer was excellent to work with and was helpful in explaining multiple options for financing. I found Ken Stoepel Ford by chance, but will definitely contact them again in the future.
