  Matt Cummings and Mr. Hinckley made our recent visit so smooth and seamless. We have worked with both of them before. Mr. Hinckley worked with my husband in 2012 and he remembered!! What a team. We cannot say enough about the experience!

  Mi experiencia con esta agencia creo que es la mas humillanteque tenido . Hice cita para mi explorer 2023 hasta ahi todo bien me recibieron muy atentos y con una gran sonrisa, les dije que no se apagaba la luz de las llantas les explique que hice de todo les puse aire, rote las llantas y nada y seguia esa luz. Dijeron que hiban a ver el problema. Unas horas mas tarde me marcaron para decirme que ya todo estaba arreglado. Llego a la agencia por mi explorer y pregunte cual fue al fin el problema y el sr boby me dijo con voz de burla sra aire aire ese es el problema. Nunca me había sentido tan humillada y mas por q todos estaban mirando. Esto es una falta de respeto muy grande y mas por que uno cofia en éstos chicos.

  Cannot stress enough how much I will be avoiding this place like the plague from now on. Had my car in for service because she broke down. Over two weeks of poor communication, slow fixes, and a bill that just kept getting added to. After the initial fix they gave me the green light, I drove off, and didn't get very far before I had to turn around because that car was seriously struggling to maintain speed. They took a closer look (which they should have done in the first place) and wanted another 2k + taxes! I got her towed to the Ford Dealership I bought her from in San Antonio because the last few weeks have been truly nightmarish with this whole situation. Bleak. San Antonio treated me right. Covered repairs under warranty and was driving her again in under a week. And they frequently updated me too! It was really nice. This one I kept having to call and pester for updates. P.S. The Sales department came off as slimy too. That first week I was borrowing my parents car to get around. Each time I showed up there someone in sales would give me their card and say "Whenever you're ready to trade in that car, you call me." It's not even my car I was driving! Gave me the ick.
