  Steve Black was the awesome salesman I had the pleasure of working with at Ken Stoepel Ford. This was probably the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Steve was so patient with me. He was not pushy at all, and listened to my needs ands wants. I truly felt that he was honest and that he cared about me getting the right vehicle that would suit my needs the best. I needed a vehicle that I could get up into easily, but which could also do some towing. Steve found a Bronco Sport for me, and got me a great deal on it. I would highly recommend Steve Black! Thanks, Steve!!

  Huge shoutout to Phil for making my trade-in experience honestly amazing. I came in wanting something more powerful with a new color, and he really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted without ever trying to push me into just any car. He was super considerate of my time and my budget, and you can tell he actually cares about getting you into the right car, not just making a sale. He’s helped my dad get two cars before, so I already knew he was great, but he seriously went above and beyond again. I’m so happy with what I ended up with and the deal he got me. If you’re looking for someone genuine, patient, and just really good at what they do, Phil is your guy!

  I had an outstanding experience with the team at Ken Stoepel Ford in Kerrville, Texas especially my salesperson Gary Washington. From start to finish, Gary Washington went above and beyond to make sure that my buying experience went well. Gary was incredibly patient. He never rushed me, and he made sure I felt confident every step of the way . What truly set this truly set this experience apart was the level of commitment and service. Gary personally arranged to deliver the car to me driving it out to me and flying and flew back home- all in the same weekend same weekend. That speaks volumes about his work ethic, commitment, and customer focus. Gary delivers! Also, a big thank you to Kiefer in finance for making the paperwork side smooth and straightforward. If you want someone who truly delivers and stands behind their word in giving you the customer service you do not see every day ask for Gary Washington , you will not regret your choice. Teresa Neal
