  Went there today and had a decent experience at first, but when looking at the receipt the story was different. They charged double for oil compared to HEB. One top of that they charged 60 dollars for labor for a 5 minute job. Not only that I asked for a oil change and transmission fluid exchange and they said it would be around 120 dollars thinking I had a deal, but they didn’t tell me that they couldn’t do the transmission fluid exchange until after I paid. I would have gone somewhere else that was cheaper. Lastly they left a bunch of oil stains on the side of my door that is hard to get off.

  Called to get a quote for brake flush. I was told $109 plus tax. I went about an hour later and they pulled the car in. After waiting 20 minutes they had the tires off and told it would $118 and said the misquoted the price. I said they needed to honor the price they quoted me earlier. They said they haven't started the service yet and could put wheels back on of you don't want it done. So I told them to put the wheels back on and left. They do not know anything about customer service or customer retention. I will never take any of my cars there again. VALVOLINE is just across the street.

  Receive service for an oil change they got oil all over my vehicle on the driver side door and driver side passenger door they did not bother to top off my windshield wiper fluid as they said they would and they only offer one type of oil for my vehicle and the prices are very very high for oil also be aware when paying with cash you will not get your full amount of change back will not be coming back
