After renting car in san antonio, the transmission failing, the zero help-uber-taxi from kerville 18miles away where i was stranded in comfort. left me on hold for 40 minutes twice. I find my own way to kerrville and asked if you had vehicle and could stay open past 530. You say yes. I get there before 6pm on me own. Stranded 200miles from home And youre gone. Thank you for being the worst person ive never met.

- SSShayneMay 28, 20265.0Started off a little rocky because the call center did not complete my reservation correctly, so when I arrived to pick up my car, there wasn’t going to be anything available until later that day. I was extremely upset and frustrated at first, but the staff handled the situation with patience, kindness, and professionalism. They truly went above and beyond to help get me into a vehicle and were able to coordinate with the Boerne office to get me on my way. I really appreciate the way the staff handled everything and the level of customer service they provided. Thank you all for your help, and I’m sorry for being so upset in the moment. Your efforts and professionalism did not go unnoticed.
