- LPLigeia PhairasOct 6, 20265.0Steve and the team and Texas Complete Auto were fantastic! They had my vehicle in and out quickly, keep me updated the entire time, and provided top tear customer service. Not only that but they beat another neighborhood mechanics price by almost $9000. They have made a loyal customer out of me and I will forever take all my vehicles to them if they have issues. I highly recommend them and would give them 10 stars if I could.
- TMTristen MeinenSep 23, 20265.0I was quoted 1,700 dollars at another shop who swore up and down that I needed adjustable camber arms, but then I came here and they were honest. Turns out I just needed an alignment. They even paid for my Uber home and one of the team personally picked me up in his Tesla when it was ready. Truly above and beyond service. 10 out of 10.
- WCWayne C.Sep 22, 20265.0These folks are exceptional!!! I have never been here before, but I brought my car to Texas Complete Auto Repair, as my car dealership told me one of the lug nut holders was broken and I needed to take my car to them. However, Texas Complete Auto Repair discovered that a second lug nut holder was broken on the same tire! WOW!!! Steve and Gerson are the two people who work the front desk and they are extremely knowledgeable and personable! It because of the attention to detail of Texas Complete Auto Repair, that I now feel very safe driving my car again!
- ABAndy BishopSep 17, 20265.0My entire experience with Texas Complete Auto Repair was beyond expectations. The after hours drop off was super convenient since the car died an hour away from home. Got a call the next morning that was incredibly professional and friendly, letting me know what the problem was and what was needed to fix it along with an estimate. Then I received a detailed inspection report and estimate via text that was extremely easy to understand and detailed. I was able to approve the work through that communication and the work was finished that day. Pick up was super easy and again the staff was professional and friendly. Just a greay experience all around. Highly recommended!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
