  Service was great, was offered a drop off to leave my car. Steve called with the repairs as soon as it was diagnosed. After ordering the part with the repair complete was quick and easy within 24 hours. Will use them again.

  New to the area, recommended by my new neighbor. Went in over a week ago for an oil change, was told by Steve at the front desk that I needed a battery for my Toyota Tundra. When I asked what type of battery it would be, Steve said it would be a Platinum Diehard battery which I agreed to since that was what the truck previously had. Waited for the service, paid the bill and drove off headed back to Dallas. After driving for some time I stopped to get gas and something told me to take a look under the hood. To my surprise, the battery that was installed was a very small Gold version battery. Called Steve and he said he was out of the platinum however he charged me for the price of the platinum. Not one word was ever said to me about this prior to leaving their shop. I am in Dallas for a while before I go back and Steve’s last conversation when I called him said he would call me back as he needed to check with his GM for a credit refund on the battery that they didn’t provide. Days later now, never called me back so here we are letting the consumer world know what type of business this is. This includes their GM for allowing this to happen at this shop as well. Moral of the story, do not trust anything they tell you here. If they were dishonest with one customer, they will be dishonest with others. Period. Take your time to do your research so you don’t have to deal with wasting your valuable time and money.

  Brought my car in after I had been to 3 other repair shops and they immediately found the issue and was able to repair it in a few hours. When I picked up my car, it was a wonderful surprise, they cleaned my car inside and out- even the tires!! Highly recommend Texas Complete Auto!!

  Don't normally give reviews but had to give one after being treated so well at Texas Complete Auto. I would give them more than 5 if i could. Anyway if you are looking for a shop that does good work for a decent price you won't be disappointed. It was my first time going there but won't be my last. Those guys not only did the work i came to get fixed but they went totally above and beyond for me. Which i have never had another shop do. Even though they didn't even know me. Not only do these guys take their work seriously but they understand the importance of customer service.

  They fixed the AC and replaced the brakes in my son’s first truck. They have excellent customer service. Very friendly and honest. They communicated with me throughout the repairs and had the truck ready the next day. They will be my first choice the next time I need any repairs done.
