  Got an alignment for my car .Jared at the desk was very polite and the guy doing the work,Chris I think is the name did a very good job.They both seemed very helpful and professional.Im very happy with the work and I’ll come back again

  Exceptional service from start to finish. New struts at a great price, finished within the promised time frame. Super friendly employees. Highly recommend Amber and Jared for taking care of your vehicle.

  Great experience at Mavis Tires! They did an excellent job balancing the tires on my Hellcat, everything was quick and professional. Amber, the store manager, was especially helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. Great customer service, I’ll definitely be back!

  I was working on my brakes and couldn’t get some screws off I went here and the employees were all very helpful, they were able to loosen the screws for me. Great communication from all the staff. Thank you all so much.

  I have had multiple issues with this business, I got an online quote for tires that included labor and the tires themselves but after installation (which took 4 hours) he showed me a number that was $200 more than quoted and I had to show him the quote to get him to bring it down. I then had them replace a coolant line replaced where they attempted to charge me $300 more than the part is worth from any supplier. While I tried to remedy that situation with their regional manager I was without my truck for a week. The store manager informed me that some clips broke while replacing the hose and that he would graciously not charge me for the items they broke. After maybe 2 weeks after getting my truck back my truck over heats because I somehow have no coolant. Surprise surprise, the coolant hose they “installed” came off due to not having a hose clamp. This business has been nothing but a cash grab scam with an incompetent manager, a receptionist with an attitude and techs that obviously don’t know what they are doing. I advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs. I will never be returning here again.
