  I reserved a car online from this enterprise location. I did the online check in the day before to make things quick and smooth. I don't wanna have to stand at the counter and fill out a bunch of paperwork that I could have completed on my phone. I show up to pickup the car at the scheduled time. There were another 3 people waiting which seemed a bit odd for 8am. I show my license and wait.... Their systems were down. They were scrambling to see what to do. They called people. Other locations are also down. Paper contracts are the way to go except, they couldn't find them. I didn't have hours to wait for their systems or for them to get a paper contract. I also filled out all that information online so I didn't have to sit there filling out paperwork. I left after 30 minutes. What a frustration and what a disappointment.

  The Keller Enterprise location has wonderful staff. I love renting here and will even pay for the extra days since they’re closed on Sunday.

  830 Keller Parkway I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the pickup and drop-off location. The employee assisting us was rude and dismissive throughout the entire process. She repeatedly made comments about switching positions and moving to another location, which gave the impression that she simply did not care about providing good customer service. When we arrived to pick up our rental, we waited over an hour. When I politely asked for an update, she responded abruptly and stated that there was nothing she could do about it. Her attitude was unprofessional and lacked any concern for the inconvenience we were experiencing. The return process was equally frustrating. My card’s chip would not read properly, and rather than helping me find a solution, she immediately charged my credit card. As a result, I incurred unnecessary interest charges that could have been avoided with a little assistance and customer care. I have been a loyal customer for many years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect, and unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope this matter is reviewed and addressed so that future customers do not have a similar experience.

  I picked up the car on May 19th and dropped it off on May 29th and they had the nerve to call and tell me that thet are reporting hail damage on it! Seriously.....There was NO HAIL event during that time. I had called my insurance company and they pulled a report of hail weather events and the last time there was hail in our county was on April 28th!!! I had enterprise pull up the pictures they took of the vehicle when I took possession of it and the pictures weren't even clear pictures with glares and hazy effects. Its basically my word against the gentlemen who gave me the car. It is absolutely absurd blaming this on us especially when there wasn't even hail the week and couple days we had it! Even pulling the weather events from the NWS website shows no hail in our area during the time frame we had the car. This will be fun battle on this one because I will not be responsible for something that clearly didn't happen while it was in my care. To make it even better when I was arguing with the lady at the front and said yeah it rained this past week but no hail at all she had the nerve to tell me that there is hail in all rain. Seriously, I can't?!?! Whatever you do, do NOT use this enterprise at all. Use a different company and drive the extra distance to do so.
