  The customer service from Daniel is deserving of 5 stars. He was extremely polite, helpful and calm. The only reason I'm giving this enterprise 4 stars is because nobody should have to man a whole rental car shop alone. Daniel was doing rentals, cleaning cars, taking pictures, etc., pretty much on his own. I saw one other employee helping him clean cars. All in all, he provided me with amazing service and did a great job helping me out when my personal car broke down and I needed a rental. I didn't even have a reservation and he was able to get me a car the same day.

  Rented from Enterprise numerous times in past 3 years. This experience was pitiful!!! 1. Told the gal the car stunk, from previous user that smoked in the car. 2. Was not offered a replacement because of odor in the car. 3. Car had been through the onsite carwash, but there was nothing done further to clean the car. Windows were very dirty with debris on outside running down windows. Very difficult to clearly view side mirrors at night, due to windows so dirty. If there is another rental place near collision repair next time, I will definately use them instead of enterprise.

  Five Stars Doesn’t Do Katie Justice. She Completely Saved Our Family Trip! If I could give Katie at the Keller Parkway Enterprise 10 stars, I would. We had originally reserved a vehicle at the Grapevine location for a week-long beach trip to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately, the experience there was a nightmare, the vehicle we were given reeked unbearable levels of stale cigarette smoke and had visible stains on the seats. Within 30 minutes of driving, we knew there was no way we could spend a week in that car. Desperate for a solution, we stopped on a whim at the Keller Parkway location near our home. When we walked in, Katie was holding down the fort completely by herself. It was busy, and we watched her navigate incredibly difficult and ridiculous customer situations with total grace, a smile on her face, and genuine care. Every single person in that office felt prioritized despite how slammed she was. That alone was remarkable. When it was our turn, Katie didn't just meet expectations, she completely blew us away. She initially stepped up to deodorize and clean the car for us, but then went a step further: she found us a replacement vehicle. Ironically, it was the exact same vehicle my wife had originally wanted for our trip! Katie single-handedly turned what started as a frustrating disaster into an incredible experience and saved my wife’s birthday trip for our family. Enterprise has a total rockstar on their hands with Katie. Thank you, Katie, for your top-tier service, kindness, and incredible effort!
