  We have our corporate accounts with competitors but y'all were near our job site so I gave you a shot and that was a mistake. Came in and was going to spend minimum of four or five hundred dollars. But I seemed like an utter inconvenience from the moment I walked in. No one acknowledged me. Felt like I was invisible, there wasn't even any other customers in the store. This happened at 2:00 p.m. today. I will happily go somewhere else that will even acknowledge me, I feel like that's bare minimum of just a human much less an employee of a store I'm going to.

  You guys need to take some pride in your surroundings outside your building your property needs to be weed eated and mowed and treated.. it is very shameful that you all make money off of all of us here in Keller but take no pride in our community as a whole. I'm just going to mention it to you so maybe I will do something about it but after that I'm going to report it to the city for the code enforcement..

  An update to my review: Joseph was absolutely amazing, kind, and considerate when I showed up yesterday evening! He was so helpful and respectful! I knew that Zack had moved to another location and had referred me to Joseph whenever I returned. I'm so grateful to have taken his advice! After all these years I finally found someone who knows how to listen, extrapolate empirical evidence, and piece together information combined with his own intelligence and expertise to help me understand the why behind what I have experienced over the past 8 years or more. Out of 12 people total, all either Autozone employees or experts in car repair shops, Zack T. at this location currently, is the only one who knew how to not only listen to what I told him, but seemingly within milliseconds figured out the 'Why' behind my Chrysler Town and Country van running the way it has! He is also very humble! All of these great traits in one human being. Wow!!!
