  The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and not pushy well, still providing me with the services I needed and offering additional services again, while not being pushy really went above and beyond

  The team at valvoline was perfect!! They did a fantastic job of getting me in and out in a timely manner. They also got all my needs and issues addressed. I can't say enough good things about them. Great job and thank you again!!

  Came in for an oil change alone today and managed to get in nice and easy. Jero here got all my preliminary information and options out the way, with Kevin sorting out the final check ups and payment. Even got a water too. It goes without saying the rest of the crew working on the job did great too, but I didn’t manage to catch their names. Overall, a great display of coordination. Will be coming here next time too.

  I came to this location for an oil change, when I arrived, there was one bay open, one car that had just finished in the second bay and was getting ready to pull off and another car in the first bay being worked on. I was instructed to go to the second bay the car that was there pulled away and I pulled in, it was 4:30. I was greeted, gave the young man my old sticker and he scanned the bar code on my door. Another car pulled up during this time and I was told that it would be just a minute. Mind you, they arrived AFTER I had arrived and was already sitting in a bay. The other car was instructed to pull into the last bay that had been empty and they proceeded to work on that gentleman’s oil change. So I was left sitting there to wait with two young children in the car. The car that was in the 1st bay when I arrived had been completed and had pulled off, and another gentleman had pulled up about 5 minutes after the other car that had pulled in after me and was instructed to pull into the first bay and they proceeded to get started on his truck. Finally 20 minutes after just sitting there waiting, a young man finally came over and asked me to turn my car off, and started on my oil change. 20 minutes of waiting and watching them start on two cars that arrived after me they finally started on my oil change. Then it took 3 of them to figure out how to get the cover off the engine. This immediately made me nervous. They finally finished at 5:05. The first car that had arrived AFTER me had already left. After leaving I stopped to check to see if they had replaced everything properly only to find that they had disconnected things that didn’t need to be disconnected, my rubber trim was out of place and one of my clips that hold my engine cover on was broken. I don’t know if they just weren’t familiar with how to do an oil change on my car, in which case I would have preferred them to just say that and I would respect that and would have gone somewhere else. However, I feel that it was completely unacceptable for them to have me wait while they work on vehicles that arrived well after I did.
