This was my first time visiting Valvoline, so I was a little nervous at first, but I had a great experience! The staff areprofessional, and attentive. My oil change and cabin air filter replacement were done quickly and smoothly, and they gave me helpful maintenance recommendations without any pressure. Highly recommend! Thank you Ashton.

I showed up at 7:09 on a Friday evening not realizing that the shop closed at 7:00. Ashton and the guys guided me straight in and didn’t say a word about it being past closing time. I realized about half way through and apologized but they assured me it was no problem at all. Everyone was very professional and courteous, I highly recommend this business and will definitely be back.

They applied the incorrect oil to my vehicle, and when I raised the issue, they refused to admit the error, redirecting responsibility to me rather than fixing it. They denied a refund and claimed that securing the proper oil change would cost an extra $80 for the oil they had used by mistake; this seems like extortion from the manager. I will not go back. In total I would’ve paid over 200. 130 for the oil change then an additional 80 they want to extort out of me. I have never had an issue with other locations before

If I could rate this place zero stars I would! I took my Volkswagen Atlas to get an oil change and was told that my battery was bad and would need to be replaced. They offered to have it done that day and explained my car could have me stranded if I did not have it replaced soon. They quoted me $250 for the replacement. I decided to go to Autozone the following day to have the battery tested again and was told nothing was wrong with the battery and that it only needed to be charged. I bought a battery charger from Autozone to charge the battery for $70 and was told that I could even return it once I was done. This place told me I needed to have a battery replaced for $250 when all it needed was to be charged. Please reconsider going to this location. They seem to just be after your money! BEWARE!
