  Came in on a Friday night to buy a car. First the dealership called me and hung up so I had to call back. Was on hold while they located a salesman who immediately told me other people were interested and he was on his way out the door. When I showed up I was asked twice if I was working with someone I said no not really but one man found my name in the system and asked me to wait while he got someone. I was sat and forgotten about for 20 minutes in the lobby with zero contact after that. Wasn’t even offered a bottle of water. I came to purchase not be ignored so I left. I know good customer service and that’s not it. Anyway… off to purchase a car from somewhere else.

  At we pulling in to the dealership, Tracy came out from nowhere, her smile telling me that "we're going to get a new car!"...Tracy was very friendly, professional, she quick to the point, we told her what we wanted and she shows us the chouces, colors, and test drove one of the car! It was the fastest car buting process ever! We was in and out less then 3 hrs! When we drove home, my husband and I look at each other ???"what did we just done"! Thank you Tracy and Finance team! You guys were awesome!!!!❤️❤️❤️

  I had an absolutely amazing experience with Shottenkirk Nissan! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming, but my salesperson, Tracey, truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy throughout the entire process. Tracey worked so hard to get me exactly the deal I wanted and the payment price I was comfortable with. She never made me feel pressured and stayed determined to make everything work for me. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication made this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Shottenkirk Nissan — and definitely ask for Tracey! She is wonderful to work with and will do everything she can to help you drive away happy.

  Andy I had a great experience working with Andy in the finance department. He showed genuine kindness and compassion throughout the entire process, making everything feel much less stressful. Andy is also extremely organized and detail-oriented, which gave me confidence that everything was being handled correctly and efficiently. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. I truly appreciate his professionalism and support, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing financial assistance.

  Just now posting this review because I’m completely unsatisfied with how they handled a very scary situation, I visited this location on March 30th 2026 to see my options on a car at this location, the visit went fine but I was not interested in the car i originally wanted to look at and every thing else they offered just did not align with what I was looking for. The next day I received a voicemail from a worker who identified himself as Sebastian, he asked to call him back if I was interested in the ford I was looking at. I did not respond because once again I was not interested. The next day I received 2 calls only 11 minutes apart from the same number, the caller said “no one thinks you’re attractive, you think you’re hot shit you’re really not”. This was very jarring see it was my first time car shopping and knowing these people had all of my information (ID, address, phone number, and email). It took a lot of back and forth for them to even get rid of my information and very passive aggressive emails from their staff. After we asked the status of the worker Sebastian we were told they were not allowed to tell us. I’m still bothered by not knowing what took place and if they even “investigated” as they said they would. I will include screenshots but blur the number as to not get in trouble. Just be warned if you do visit this location.
