  First of all I wasn’t there to see the tech do his job but from what I seen after shows that this guy was in a hurry to get to his next job because he didn’t clean the windshield or clean up the mess from all the black stuff that was scraped off it was all over the dash on the floor and where the shifter is. I mean he didn’t clean it within an hour or so but I guess because he didn’t clean up.

  A disappointing experience. We had a crack in the windshield which wasn’t very large. Even after the repair the crack is still clearly visible. We were told nothing else can be done. The technician acknowledged it is still visible but good enough to keep it from spreading. The image is after the repair.

  I had just left the dealership after getting my windshield replaced when a rock the size of a golf ball flew up and smashed right into my brand new glass. I was panicked, replacing a windshield is such a hassle, and the cost alone is stressful. I pulled over immediately and found the closest Safelite. By the time I got there, in less than ten minutes, the cracks were already spreading. The technician at the front helped me get the soonest appointment they had, which was thankfully less than an hour away. Then I met my technician, Tristan, who said he’d take care of it. His positivity and dedication completely changed my whole day. He patched the huge impact so it wouldn’t grow, cleaned the entire windshield, and even vacuumed my car. What started as a really awful moment turned around because of him. Thank you, Tristan! You truly saved my day.

  The entire safelite experience was amazing. Easy to obtain quote. Great communication every step of the way from getting quote to scheduling the appointment right up until the arrival of the technician. The tech notified me when in the way, arrived within the window given and thoroughly explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. Afterwards he went through everything ensuring I knew what to do over the next day or two while the windshield sets. (Don’t slam doors, no car wash 48 hours etc. great system and people. Highly recommend.

  Reserved a remote install well in advance of the installation date. Was told the technician would arrive between noon and 5pm. Pretty long window to wait for a technician. Recieved calls from the technician saying it would be after 5pm plus the shop did not load my windshield, followed by a long pause. I interpreted the pause to mean he wanted me to cancel the install. Rather, I said ok. He didn’t show until after 7 pm. When he said he was done, I asked if he did the rainx treatment. He said oh no and proceeded to apply.
