  Very pleased with safelite service, from the initial quote and scheduling to the completion of the windshield installation. Brian was the technician who came to my house. He was punctual, very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy and friendly. He explained the entire process in detail and answered any questions I had. The process went smoothly from start to finish and the job was completed in an hour. It was definitely a pleasure meeting Brian and having to work with him, thanks again safelite and especially Brian for the help it's very much appreciated!

  I love Safelite! They’re so easy to schedule with and they’re so efficient. I’m happy with the work that was done and how easy the process is. Nathan was my technician and he was very kind, explained the process and did a great job.

  After replacing the windshield, the IR night-vision camera is showing an error. When i go back to store for service but the technician told me everything work fine but still that error message and camera doesn't see anything at night ( night vison fail ) can't use FSD at night ... Very bad service ... don't come this location if you want trouble with something else . I aslo call the manager about this issue but she said do service with tesla . The main thing who gonna pay for that ? I have warranty but i don't know they will void warranty or not . Very bad service from tech and manager too ...

  Very professional installer. Came to my home to replace a completely cracked windshield for a car with complex driver assistance features. I did not think they were going to be able to recalibrate this remotely but they were. Could not have been more pleased.

  Jay my installer was great and very professional so this has nothing to do with him. I would never recommend Safelite to my enemy. This 2nd experience was the absolute worst and they lack of professionalism and consideration was at an all time low. I was cancelled and reschedule 4/5 times over 2 month period all due to their lack of communication, incompetence and short staff. They have really let this company go to shit. I’ve sent so many people but I would never again. What was supposed to be convenient was not at all. I will never use them again!
