  Went there today, when I paid I drove around, got my tire on the track and waited 5 minutes for someone to finally come around, who then gave me an attitude about having to wait for him. I told him I wasn’t even sure someone worked there but he didn’t say a word just pointed to the sign. Too many car washes in Katy to waste my time or money here again!

  I had great customer care and experience with the team especially with Emmanuel, he went above and beyond to offer me excellent service, respect and good communication and even ask if there’s anything extra. Thank y’all and I really appreciate y’all and I remain your loyal client.

  I’ve been a customer of Ocean Express for a few years and have generally had a good experience. Since there are several car wash options close by, one small suggestion that could really elevate the experience is having staff greet customers with a smile and a simple hello. I think that personal touch would make a noticeable difference.

  Great carwash and the best in the area in my opinion. Price is very reasonable for the unlimited packages and they have great vacuums (that actually work). Only recommendation is to offer family plans for the memberships. I’ve been a member for over two years now and my wife is a member on a separate account. Other than that, great service and a great car wash.

  I’ve had a membership here for almost a year. I’m leaving a very honest review here because I was asked to and I have no problem doing that. Customer service is always great, there’s always clean towels and the vacuums always work. There’s also enough room to actually get your car yires aligned on the track and that’s always important. The only problem I have is that the air dryers are the end of the car wash don’t dry my car as well as the other car washes I have been in. And also one time I wanted to go thru the car wash twice back to back because I had a tough spot and although the membership is unlimited I still want able to go around again on my own. I explained to the employer and he let me thru the wash again. My last membership I was able to go twice and I would love to see that upgrade in case we may need a double wash in one day. Thanks for great service! Really great young adults work here
