Great experience at Ocean Express Car Wash! The staff was friendly and helpful, the process was quick and convenient, and my car came out looking clean and shiny. The facility was well maintained, and the service was efficient from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back!

What was pitched as a $20 "sale" was actually a stealth sign up for a monthly package. Very scam-like. It was never explained until I was just about to pay and my details had been entered. Then I asked, "Hey wait a minute . . . " Then the employee spilled the beans. This was my favorite car wash, but I will not be returning. How many people pay for the $20 wash, and then months latter see the monthly recurring charge. They also want a debit card because I think the credit card people have had enough of them and people disputing the charge. People are tired of these rip-offs. If I want to be screwed over, I'll buy under-weight products from Walmart. Jive turkeys.
