  I had a knot in one of my tires, so I asked them to take a look- they found two of my tires were in poor shape and would need changing pretty soon, which matched my understanding so I didn't feel like they were trying to pull one over me. I've had that happen at other tire places, so I keep an eye on my tires condition myself. They advised it'd be good to change all four tires as well, and while the price was higher then it was a few years ago for my previous car, that's to be expected with the current economy. They were willing to price match the tires and offered a get three get one free deal, which made the pricing very reasonable. They sold to another company recently so I was a little nervous, but their work is just as solid and their process is just as transparent and fair as it was before. Tyler went above and beyond discussing my options, what I needed, and what would be best for my car in the long run, and when they realized they were a tire short, he went to another location to fetch it for me and his time estimates still held accurate!

  Jin at NTB was extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. His service was prompt and attentive, and he made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Really appreciate his great attitude and professionalism. Highly recommended!

  Andrew and the team really took care of me when I had to pull off the highway with a nail in my tire. They were so thoughtful about the best solution to help get me safely back on the road. Super professional and good guys!

  I can't say enough about this NTB at 20211 Katy freeway. We literally hit an object that we could swerve by and my tire went from 36 to 6 in less than a minute. The guys here fixed the repair as soon as I pulled in. Thankful for their professionalism and quick work. Highly recommend!

  The team did an exceptional job in getting my cars in and out fast. Andrew took care of me at the front desk and my two technicians were mark and Darwin whom took care of replacing my tires, alignment, and tire rotation. I have been coming here for year and they just always do a great job. Highly recommend
