  Just had my tires replaced and was very happy with my experience. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get the exact tires I wanted and, by scheduling on line, I received a discount. For the price I was quoted for just tires at another location, I also purchased new wipers and an alignment. The waiting room is very clean and it's right next door to McD's.

  They were absolutely amazing! My tire had a nail in it and they were able to get me in immediately to help. Their customer service was exceptional! They helped me with my little one while I looked for a tire part they needed. Incredible customer service and truly such a blessing!

  The staff at this location is exceptional, providing top-notch customer service. Jermaine, Brian, DeAndre, Charles, and Jeffrey are all gentlemen who handled my Range Rover with utmost care. I highly recommend them for any auto repair needs.

  I’m in town visiting and unfortunately had one of my tires bust. I checked around at 4–5 different tire places before deciding to come here, and I’m SO glad I did! They offered me the best price along with amazing customer service. As a woman, going into a tire shop can sometimes feel intimidating because you never really know what to expect or whether you’re getting a fair deal. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable, welcomed, and respected. They were professional, honest, helpful, and made the entire situation so much less stressful. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially women who want somewhere they can feel comfortable and taken care of. Great price, excellent service, and genuinely good people. 100/10 — thank you for taking such great care of me while I’m away from home!

  I just left Mavis, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. The pricing for my brakes was very fair, and they took the time to explain everything my vehicle needed. They never pressured me into unnecessary repairs. Instead, they gave me options and helped me prioritize what was most important based on my budget, which I really appreciated. The manager and the entire team went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable with the repairs. I had new brakes installed with a quick turnaround, and the whole experience was excellent. If you're looking for brakes or tires, I highly recommend stopping by Mavis first. Thank you to the manager and everyone on the team for providing outstanding customer service. You've earned a customer for life!
