  Absolutely awesome experience! The customer service was excellent and the service was top-notch from start to finish. If you stop by, definitely ask for Stanley! He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and got me taken care of in no time. Stanley really went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. Great service, great people, and an awesome place overall. Highly recommended! 👏🏽💯

  Brought my 2022 Honda in and the whole Mavis team was super friendly. They gave me a great deal on new wipers, a brake check, tire rotation, and pressure checks on all four tires plus my spare. They also checked the balancing and brakes and were honest that everything was still good—no unnecessary services. The waiting area was nice and clean too. Service was fast. Thanks, Keith and team!

  Excellent experience at Mavis Tires! I came in to replace 2 front tires and get an alignment, and the team went above and beyond. During the inspection, they found a nail in one of my other tires and repaired it at no charge, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. They worked efficiently, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure my car was safe before I left. It's hard to find an honest and customer-focused tire shop these days, but this team earned my trust. Great service, fair pricing, and outstanding customer care. I highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes and will definitely be back for future service!

  This was the first time I had my truck work on at Mavis Tire & Brakes and it was a great experience. I needed my brakes repaired. I wasn't able to have the work done during the week. Really needed the job done over the weekend and it was no problem. I made an appointment on Thursday night for Saturday morning at 8 am and they call me and confirm the appointment Friday morning. Saturday I arrived at 7:50am and Keith got started right away. The brakes were inspected. Keith show and explained the conditions and what was needed. Keith gave a estimate, I agreed and the shop got started. Roughly 2 hours later it was done. I was very please with the job and I'll be ready for bumper to bumper 60 mph traffic on the katy freeway Monday morning. HaHa! Just kidding those of you who drive the katy fwy heading in to Houston in the morning's know how it is. Thanks for great work Keith and Mavis Tire & Breaks.

  My experience started out good, but it did not end that way. I went in for a new set of tires, advising upfront what my budget was and what I needed. The rep was able to find a set not too far out of my price range and I nievely thought the price included warranty and road hazard. Boy was i wrong! When it was time to pay I asked him to explain what I got. He only stated tires, installation and TPMS kit, so I asked what about a warranty and road hazard? He said you declined that, I said NO I declined the alignment, I was never asked about the other. He just looked at me and said nothing! I was so mad I couldn't even speak. I chose Mavis because I'm sending my kid and this car off to college in Alabama and I wanted tires from a place she could get to locally if necessary. When you go to a business and say upfront what can you do all together with what I got, agree to something and then not get what you're expecting-it's quite disappointing! I could have went to Walmart for the same results!
