Chris & Keith were very knowledgeable and took excellent care of my vehicle. The service was prompt, efficient, and very affordable. They not only serviced my vehicle but also showed me specifically why they recommended replacement. I would definitely reccomend and be back again in the future.

“I had a great experience at this tire shop! The customer service was amazing, everyone was friendly and helpful, and they even gave me a discount! They worked really fast and got me in and out without wasting my time. I really appreciate the great service, affordable pricing, and how professional they were. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!”

Thank you Keith and Chris for helping me replace my tires and figure out what was best for my strict budget. Being a student, things like this really hurt my pocket. I had to come in two days in a row due to tire issues and both days they were prompt providing fast service. Thanks again yall

I’ve had a lot of different services here done on multiple cars and have had nothing but the best experience there. The employee Jaiden, referred me to Mavis , and mechanic AJ he fixed my brakes and broke down all of the prices of everything that was done. I would say out of all the shops I have been too, this is the best one and I will definitely be coming back.

Exceptional service from start to finish! I had a fantastic experience at the Mavis location on Katy Hockley Cut Off. The manager, Keith H., was incredibly polite, informative, and attentive to my needs. He went above and beyond to make sure every base was covered while inspecting my vehicle. What really stood out was how reassuring he was—he made me feel completely confident that my vehicle's service could be handled right here without the headache of driving over an hour to a BMW dealership! Keith was extremely patient in explaining the details of my required repair and laid out all the BEST options available for my car. I truly appreciate the attention to detail, clear communication, and outstanding patience. I leave with full confidence in the service I received and will definitely be back for future auto care needs. Huge thanks to Keith and the entire Katy Hockley Cut Off team for the top-notch service! 🙌🚗💨
