  Great costumer service! Was explained everything in detail and was very understandable! Will definitely be coming back! Very very helpful staff! I loved how everyone worked as a team! They treat each other as it was family but not just for the workers but for the costumers as well!! 100% will recommend to my family and friends!!

  If I could give this tire Mavis 0 stars I would!!! My family and I watched this Mavis being built from the ground up, and for this Mavis to be fairly new! I’m disappointed in their staff! I come to their location with a nail in my tire. They advise my brand new tire can’t be repaired I need to spend $330! I leave go to discount tire, and my tire IMMEDIATELY GOT REPAIRED! 20 minutes later On my way back home Mavis is closed! They did not want to repair my leaking tire because they had 30 minutes until they close!!!!PATHETIC!!!! Please don’t go to this location if you’re in need of help! My husband said he went for brakes, got brushed off, and two employees were in a verbal altercation.

  Stopped by Mavis Tire for a tire rotation and was in and out in about 30 minutes. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how informative they were and that they didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Great customer service and a smooth experience overall. I’ll definitely be back for future tire and maintenance needs!

  My wife went here needing a plug before she drove to OBGYN in league city. This place took advantage of a 5 month pregnant woman with a 1 year old and a 2 year old in tow. Repeatedly told she had an appointment to be at the ignored her, tried to sell her a battery that wasn't needed, told her she couldn't get a plug (it was in center of tire not side wall and complete bs) and forced her to buy a new tire. Then continuing to waste her time they wanted to check the alignment as another sales effort that she didn't want as she repeatedly told them she just needed a plug and they were making her late for an appointment. Unscrupulous as it comes, and an utter disregard for her time to try and sell things she didn't want.
