  I had a great experience at Express Oil Change Tire Engineers. As a woman, I sometimes feel uneasy handling car issues on my own, but Roberto and his team made me feel completely safe and respected. They were attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. The mechanic who worked on my car explained things clearly and solved the issue efficiently. The service was finished on time and at a fair price. I felt in good hands the whole time and would definitely recommend them. Thank you Roberto and teammates.

  I had an excellent experience at the Morton Ranch location of Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in Katy. Derren provided outstanding customer service from the moment I arrived. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured into buying anything I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. The entire service was quick, efficient, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of. Derren made what is usually a routine errand a truly pleasant experience. If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable, and top-notch service, I highly recommend asking for Derren. I’ll definitely be returning for my future vehicle maintenance!

  Roberto was so kind and helpful! I had gone to a few different auto shops trying to get the “Inspection Due” reminder removed on my Audi, and he was the only one who was able to do it. He got it done super quickly, and the whole experience was easy. I definitely recommend him!

  I came for an oil change and Mario and his guys made sure I was good. They checked my break lights and wiper spray I believe it’s called? I feel well taken care of.

  I stopped by for my routine oil change and realized something that I've taken for granted all the times I've been here. This is an awesome team. I'm always greeted with a smile. The team knows me and tells me welcome back and when I leave, it was great seeing you again. In today's fast moving culture, the little things are sometimes forgotten. I've come here for many services from A/C repair and most recently I had to replace my alternator. Every time excellent service and I really appreciated the Lyft ride home since I had to leave my car overnight. I spoke with Blake and Rob today and they mentioned that 2 new people will be joining the team. Lucky for the new hires they have a great place to work with an awesome group of guys!!! Thanks for another great visit.
