Came in for a quick routine maintenance and quick it was indeed. Dropped off my car for what felt like seconds by the the time I sat down and settled they were already calling me back for my car. Rey was a great tech and explained some undercarriage damage I didn't know I have and a dressed the matter right then and there. I really appreciate great and honest work. Definitely a great location I found here for my routine maintenance.

Roberto was great! He was very professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was being done with my vehicle without making me feel pressured or rushed. His communication and customer service were excellent, and he made the whole experience quick and easy. I really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable he was. I wanted to add on to my last review. I went to a different shop because I couldn’t imagine going back. On my previous review, I mentioned having issues that were not present before. I was hearing a rattling sound. I was told my alternator wasn’t tightly connected and that was the sound I heard. I can’t believe I spent almost $2K within a week here. Also when corporate called to rectify the problem. Hector did not have the best customer service. He spoke to me very condescendingly. He said the noise may be from something rolling around in the back. I was insulted.
