  I’d like to leave this review to warn others to either avoid this location or, if that’s not possible, thoroughly document the condition of your rental both before pickup and after drop-off. I rented a flatbed truck to move some items from my home. The pickup experience was excellent. The associate, Kirk, was friendly, professional, and made the process easy. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the weather, and a storm passed through that weekend. As a result, I wasn’t able to complete my project, and the truck remained parked safely in my driveway unused. I returned it the following day, left the keys in the drop box, and the total mileage driven was less than 50 miles. Later, I received a call from the location informing me they intended to file a claim against my insurance for a cracked windshield. I explained that I had taken both photos and videos of the truck immediately before returning it, and the windshield was undamaged at that time. I was then told that because I dropped the truck off on a Sunday, I would still be responsible for any damage discovered the following day when the location officially checked the vehicle back in, even if that damage occurred after I returned it. After disputing this, I received a call from the location manager, Josh. He listened to my concerns, said he understood my frustration, and told me they would not be filing a claim. He also said he would close my reservation and that I would simply receive my final rental invoice. More than a month later, I received a notification from my insurance company that Enterprise had, in fact, filed a claim. The information I was given by the manager turned out to be a lie at worst and inaccurate at best. I then had to spend several days working with State Farm, submitting my photos and videos as evidence, and consulting an attorney about my options. As of today, I also have an outstanding balance of $340 for damage that I dispute. My advice is simple: if you rent from this location, take detailed photos and videos of every side of the vehicle, including the windshield, both at pickup and immediately before you return it. That documentation may be the only thing protecting you if a dispute arises.

  TRASH Terrible experience. This company almost ruined my vacation. My reservation had been made over a month in advance, yet when I arrived, the vehicle was not available. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, the staff seemed more concerned with figuring out who was responsible and asking which employee had helped me. I have documentation and recordings of my interactions showing I did everything required on my end. The lack of preparation, communication, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I will not be using Enterprise again, and I would not recommend this location to others. Zero stars if I could

  Do not rent from this location. Kevin will call you disgusting names. He will threaten to take your truck even when payments are made. Do not trust your business with Kevin go to a different location. He will charge your account then turn around and threaten to take your truck. Do not do business with Kevin at all.
