  This location is in the Body Shop of Don McGill Toyota. The day I was there Andrew was literally running in and out of the heat to take care of customers. He was extremely courteous and professional. Other customers that were there were in a good mood and happy. I hope management realizes what a valuable asset he is to the company. IMO He deserves a raise and a pat on the back for doing such a good job with absolutely zero help.

  Andrew was extremely abusive to me. They left me stranded for hours without a vehicle and they never answer their phone. Avoid at all costs!

  The staff was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to properly address my concerns. Simple questions were met with attitude, and I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Renting a car should be a smooth and professional process, but instead it was stressful and uncomfortable. Management seriously needs to address the lack of professionalism at this location. I will not be returning.
