  Shout-out to Elaine!!! Amazing customer service- quick, easy, and the fact I showed up right when they closed and she still helped me meant so much to me, especially bc it was a work-related trip! Will be renting from there again soon!

  This location was a very bad experience. initially, when we came in to rent the vehicle, they did not have what we booked for the only midsize vehicle they had was a wrecked Jeep that had just came back on the lot. The jeep had not even been through inspection during my time with the jeep, it had car issues. Sophie is the person that rented the wrecked jeep to my husband Then they took a double payment and it took forever to be refunded back We did not make a payment due to the fact that we were waiting on the refund to come back since we were double charged during that time selfie and Elaine threatened to contact the police if we did not return the vehicle that day because they said that they had a lot of stolen cars so they looked at us as if we were criminals when the entire time they were in the wrong because we were calling the call center making extension payments and they had on their end that they hadn’t received it, which was not our fault because it clearly stated on the bank account that the payments had came out. I personally would not recommend this car place to anybody, especially when they have workers that assume you are a criminal stating to us that they have had multiple vehicles stolen and shipped to Mexico when in fact, these cars have trackers on them we never even left out of Katy Texas The whole entire situation was extremely disappointing, especially since I went to a different enterprise and had a different experience and at the time of us renting the vehicle. It was about six people in the office and one worker who was being overworked, leaving customers inside to figure it out on their own and taking other customers outside one person I do not recommend this location to anybody they will give you a wrecked car and also when we were sitting there, a man brought back a small Nissan that he got from them as well and said that he felt like he was going to run into the back of somebody and the car was causing him problems so that just further confirmed that this location is rubbish !

  I called the day before to ensure they have the vehicle i was renting. Got there and the vehicle was not available, they actually didn't have any vehicles, so they basically lied. They didnt call to let me know. They basically asked me to uber back later when they get more vehicles. I told them to cancel it. It wasnt canceled, i was charged and now I have been on hold for 30 min to get an update. Expedia and enterprise are unreliable and do not resolve anything in a timely manner.

  Esta vez si tuve suerte rentando carros. El precio que me ofrecieron fue lo que pagué. No se inventaron otros cargos como me había pasado en el pasado. Porque las compañías de renta suelen ser engañosas. Pero aquí de verdad encontré no solo buen precio, Excelente Servicio y atención al cliente. De verdad que lo recomiendo muchísimo. Si van pregunte por Elaine! Es un amor!

  I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise during my recent vehicle repair. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. When I picked up the rental, the lady who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She made sure everything was explained clearly and got me on my way without any hassle. When I returned the vehicle, the lady assisting me was just as friendly, accommodating, and professional. She was efficient, welcoming, and made the return process simple and straightforward. Great customer service from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and genuinely cared about providing a positive experience. I would definitely rent from this Enterprise location again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service.
