- JMJobo MoboSep 17, 20261.0The good is they are helpful when it came to updating my reservation. They are friendly and provide upgrades when possible. The bad is after receiving my free upgrade the car smelled like weed/cigarette smoke. The car had alerts ranging from cruise control unavailable, service, four-wheel-drive, service engine, oil, wiper fluid low and that’s all the alerts I can remember. After booking with them a third time they were unable to provide me with the full-size car rental that I had booked. This is the second time it’s happened to me and I also have heard it happening to one of my relatives at this exact same location. To add onto that CarPlay completely crashed on one of my days (minivan Chrysler Pacifica 2026) and it took the next day the infotainment system to completely reset twice to get Apple CarPlay back to working. Somehow, the only car available at this location is a minivan most of the time. It is highly frustrating to not get what you paid for and for this to be a known inventory/boking issue that has not been resolved and doesn’t look like it’s ever gonna get resolved. All I’m asking is for a simple reservation process. I book a car rental and I get that car and it doesn’t have a plethora of issues.
