  I want to give a shoutout to Sophie, she’s extremely amazing and made my rental experience extremely great!! Sophie was so attentive and when she said she would call back with an update she sure would. Sophie is a great employee and she would be the reason for me to return to Enterprise!

  I’m honestly more than satisfied with my experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. From start to finish, everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free. The staff was amazing friendly, professional, and made the whole process simple for me. I really don’t understand where some of the negative reviews come from. In my opinion, it’s probably from people who are used to getting their way and didn’t this time. My experience was nothing but positive, and I’ll definitely be renting from them again.

  Elaine was the best ever!!! She went above and beyond to help and made it happen. She didn’t give up until we had the car we needed and we were down to the wire. She’s the #1 reason we will choose Enterprise again and again! Need more people like her!!!

  Always rent from Enterprise after a bad experience with another rental company and have never had a location with more personable people than this one! Elaine, Sophie, and the guy that was transferred to the airport location are such kind people. I appreciate how hard they work and informative they are.

  Just completed a week long rental at this location. They gave me a 2025 Corolla which was VERY clean, and drove well. Great gas mileage. The staff was very pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable and was multitasking like crazy but still able to get me in and out efficiently. From initial walk in to drive away, I only spent maybe 15 min here total. Overall solid experience, would def rent here again. Sophie was great, friendly, and easy to work with. There is a $300 security deposit no matter what type of payment you choose, so just a heads up on that. It was released within seconds of returning the car. Zero issues at all. Thanks so much !
