- ZBZhussup Baradussov6 days ago5.0Excellent service! I rented a car from Sophia twice, and both experiences were very good overall. The rental process was smooth and professional, and Sofia was always friendly and helpful. During the first rental, the windshield wipers were not in the best condition, which made driving a bit uncomfortable because of the rainy weather. During the second rental, the windshield washer fluid was empty. Other than these small issues, everything else was excellent — the cars were clean, well-maintained, and the overall service was great. I would definitely recommend this company!

- AMaudrey marchettiApr 1, 20265.0I was in an accident the end of February. The other parties insurance sent me here for a rental while my car was being fixed. Not only did Keegan make sure they weren't putting me in a vehicle I couldn't use (I have to keep a wheelchair with me at all times), but he made sure the insurance company paid for the rental instead of trying to reimburse me since I was not at fault for the accident. He also showed me how to add the car to my toll tag so I could keep on with my normal schedule. I highly recommend this location if you need to rent a vehicle in the Katy/Cypress area.
