  We rent cars from this location frequently. Octavious is the manager and is always there to make sure you are well taken care of. Thank you Octavious and staff for always coming thru.

  Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I reserved a Jeep Wagoneer in August for September 30, only to arrive and be told none were available. The representative claimed she had called, yet I received no call or voicemail. She suggested a passenger van as an equivalent. Knowing I had a 9 PM departure, I asked her to contact another location. Instead, she stepped outside and was overheard discussing dinner, laughing and joking rather than assisting me. Corporate ultimately located a Wagoneer at Morton Ranch, where the service was exceptional. This employee’s conduct demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. Management should investigate.

  I’d definitely recommend. Barry helped us and he was so friendly and attentive. He listened to our requests, and the car we rented was beautiful. It was a great experience, and I can’t wait to get my next car here.

  MK Hopkins, who helped me, really listened to my needs and concerns, gave me honest information, and provided helpful recommendations. She was very knowledgeable about her work and business, and she was extremely helpful throughout the process.

  The vehicle was not ready when I arrived, which caused an unnecessary delay in the rental process. I was also surprised by the amount of personal information requested, including detailed employment history. For a routine car rental, this felt excessive and unnecessarily invasive. I understand the need to verify a customer’s identity and eligibility to rent, but the extent of the information requested seemed disproportionate to the transaction. Unfortunately, the customer service did not make the experience any better. The staff member assisting me had an noticeably dismissive and unfriendly attitude, particularly when I questioned the information being requested. A straightforward question about why personal employment information was necessary should not result in an unpleasant interaction. Between the vehicle not being ready, the intrusive questioning, and the staff member’s attitude, the overall rental experience was unnecessarily frustrating and fell well below what I expected from Enterprise.
