Came back the next week for another rental and opted out of insurance again. My recent experience with an employee at Enterprise. The representative was rude and unprofessional during my rental process. After I chose to opt out of the rental insurance coverage, she repeatedly tried to pressure me into getting a smaller, cheaper vehicle and made inappropriate comments about my decision. She stated that “driving a car without insurance is ridiculous” and said she had “never heard of anyone driving without insurance,” which made me feel judged and uncomfortable. The overall interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional, and I do not believe customers should be treated this way. The rude employee last name Hodges.
