  WOSRT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!This is the nastiest car I have ever rented in my life!!! I throughly checked the outside which had multiple dents and scratches on both sides. Gas tank was empty. Didn't realize how filthy this car was on the inside until after I filled the tank. This is after I had to wait over an hour because their system was down. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

  I didn’t know I was looking for the worst customer service experience of my life (no exaggeration) but I found it here. It’s truly an experience. It’s kind of like those restaurants that are intentionally rude just adapted to car rental. They’ve managed to perfect the art form of degrading their customers for the failures of their own system. Instead of putting time and energy into creating processes and systems that make up for the flaws in their reservation system - they spend time coming up with ways to explain how dumb you are to think that the car you reserved for 10 days isn’t available because you didn’t show up at the time you selected weeks ago for a car that you’re going to pay for the entire day. There is no written policy that they will forfeit your reservation, there is no communication, they lied and said they called, there was no email saying the car was no longer available, there was not a single note about this unwritten rule in their 100,000 word terms and conditions when you reserve the vehicle. But YOU are the idiot if you expect a car you reserved to be held for you the day you pick it up if you don’t show up at a specific time. Ironically, their policy only states there is a no show charge of 100 dollars if you don’t show up the DAY of your reservation. You don’t rent cars by the hour, but they will forfeit the car if you are over an hour beyond the time you set to pick up the car you were going to pay the day for. So don’t get stuck in traffic, don’t have any delays at work, don’t let life happen to you at all because they’ll give your 10 day rental away without any communication for the car you diligently reserved weeks in advance because you were planning for the holiday/World Cup traffic. One phone call, one email, one text message would have prevented this entire situation. But they’re far too busy to communicate because their lack of communication is resulting in countless long debates with customers. If you have someone that you just absolutely hate, give them the gift card to rent a car from this location

  DON’T COME HERE!!! 0 STARS To the absolutely rude and disrespectful assistant manager…thank you for saving me thousands of dollars, not finding any kind of solution, for hiding instead of offering any kind of solution, and wasting two hours of my day. This management is wildly unprofessional. The branch manager kept telling us “if you were a man, you’d accept this answer”. Unreal. DON’T RENT FROM HERE!!! They will give away your car withought any email, call, or text if you don’t show up within their “rule of thumb” time frame if they feel like it. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

  I called this location a few weeks ago and spoke with Keegan and he greeted me when I came in. I was pretty distraught due to a recent car accident and having so many issues getting a rental on a holiday weekend. I brought the Rental that I paid for to get back into town and he was so encouraging to me. I asked to keep the same vehicle as insurance was going to take over the payments. He agreed but wanted to make sure it didn't need any maintenance before I left. Today I called because the location in Dallas charged me for 2-extra days. He confirmed the vehicle was returned on the insurance scheduled date and reversed the charges. Keegan is is a very kind, caring and professional young man that anyone would want to represent their place of business. I wish and expect that you will do great things wherever your path in life leads you. Thank you for your service!

  When we reserved our vehicle, we thought we requested satellite radio. When we picked the vehicle up, I called corporate to add the reception package and was told it was $34 to add. I asked for it to be comped, explaining we rent probably 2-3 times a year and have done so for the past 12 years....Was told no. When I returned the vehicle, I relayed this to an.Enterprise employee, his response? "Sorry about that boss man". I called corporate to complain and was told I would get a call back....Never did. The rental was $1200, feel like we were nickled and dimed after having paid that amount. In the 12 years we've rented, Enterprise was our default choice. I'll shop around going forward.
