  Hats off to the Katy and San Marcos crews! Both locations were extremely professional and super friendly. The reservation process was a snap. Considering my need for an urgent rental, both teams put me at ease and there were no hiccups! Job well done!

  Garrett and Summer could not have been more helpful and nice. Our day was going so much the wrong way, and we felt in dispare. In comes some of the greatest customer service I've ever experienced brought to us by Garrett and Summer. They had us in a vehicle and on our way in no time with smiles on our faces. A+ experience.

  ⭐ 1 star — and if I could give less, I would. I do not recommend this place. My experience was very disappointing, and I think it is important to share it so other people know what to expect before renting here. I was already a customer, I had left a deposit, and I was also making daily payments. The problem started when, for some reason, my card payment was declined. When that happens, you can no longer continue making the daily payments normally through the app. You have to return to the office in person, no matter where you are, in order to make the payment. Because of that, I assumed that the deposit they already had could temporarily cover the days that had not been paid. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Today I went back to the office. Antony greeted me normally, charged me the $261 that was still pending, and after taking my payment simply told me that he would no longer rent to me. Just like that. In my experience, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and not transparent. I felt that they did not care that I was already a customer or that I had just paid everything that was outstanding. The customer service in general leaves a lot to be desired. In my opinion, several of the employees do not know how to properly treat customers. I strongly encourage anyone considering renting here to read the other reviews first and see for themselves what other customers have experienced at this location. Also, be very careful about leaving any personal belongings inside the vehicle. While I was at the office, I personally heard another customer explaining that he had left his Florida SunPass attached to the windshield. He was asking about it, and apparently it had been thrown away. Because of that, I recommend removing absolutely everything from the vehicle before returning it. Before renting here, make sure you clearly ask how the deposit works, what happens if your card is declined, how you are supposed to catch up on payments, and under what circumstances they can decide to stop renting to you. This review reflects only my personal experience as a customer. If there were an option to give less than one star, that is honestly the rating I would give based on my experience.
