    This been under new management. Service is awful. We paid a LOT in additional ad ons after purchasing our RV with Camping World, to make our family summer trip nice. The tankless hot water heater went out and we had a leak as soon as as we drove it off the lot. They claim they fixed it we had to stay in a hotel for 2 days. We are now in Alabama and it’s still broken. Not to mention the tow hitch they installed has had nothing but issues. We can not tow our car behind our RV now. I’m now following my family in a car instead of enjoying our trip!!! We are showering in the camp sites public shower with NO hot water in our RV to wash dishes. I O the service manager was rude and didn’t even want to plug up our RV with food in it while they serviced it. He didn’t care we were stuck in a hotel with pets and kids. Now he is refusing to respond to our calls and continues to forward our calls and won’t help us fix the problem they created!!! Everything they installed was installed incorrectly… BEWARE!!! You do NOT want to be stuck in another state bc they are not installing things correctly. You will waste money and spend a LOT of time fixing problems instead of enjoying your vacation!! Every single day since we left has been issue after issue. Save your money or buy from some place that cares. They insured us they would help us if we called after we left and “claimed” they fixed it. Don’t trust them check everything three times before paying them a cent!

    Walked in with no problems. Place is bigger than I remember. Everyone is quite pleasant and happy. I looked at the Coleman campers and a huge class A to get some ides. The gentleman helping me (Fernando) went out of his way to try to find answers for me. My needs are a bit different from 99.99% of others - I need an RV capable of towing 30k pounds. We discussed various options and ideas. Will I go back? Yes. They have the parts I need.

    Le doy una Estella porque no le puedo dar -5 estrellas pero este lugar me ah decepcionado de 13 mil que costaba la RV terminamos pagando 22mil por supuestos cargos del financiamiento y de una Aseguranza que nos obligaron a poner sino no nos dejaban sacar la rv del lugar (Aseguranza que no cubre absolutamente nada porque tuvimos unos problemas y cuando hablamos para reportarlo nos dijeron que nuestra rv no estaba cubierta ) ahora mismo llevo más de 4 meses esperando a que me hagan un descuento en el monto total porque elimine la aseguranza y ese proceso duraba supuestamente 8 semanas, de 8 semanas ya han pasado 5 meses casi y aún o obtengo respuesta , me comuniqué con la financiera y me dijo que el proceso no dura tanto es solo que ellos manden el cheque del monto que será eliminado y en 3 semanas máximo está resuelto todo , ESTÁ AGENCIA ES UNA ESTFA

    am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently frustrating. On multiple occasions, I have waited over 30 minutes on hold in an attempt to speak with David. During one call, I was told by a representative that I could not remain on hold because it was delaying other calls, which I found unprofessional and dismissive. In another instance about a week ago, after waiting on hold for approximately 10 minutes, I was asked who I wanted to speak withlike 6 times. When I explained that I had already been holding, the response I received was, “that’s great,” which felt inappropriate and unhelpful. As a returning customer, I expected a higher level of service. I respectfully recommend that additional training be provided to staff to ensure more professional and customer-focused interactions moving forward.

    Every photo i have attached has leaked inside the camper. We bought the camper 'as is' then got a warranty on top and their good sam elite bs with a guarantee that the camper was going to be resealed, and 'we wouldn't have to worry about anything for at least a year!' but they lied to us. Maybe they did a walk around the bottom and decided the caulking was still good so they didnt have to check the roof? (The caulking was not good by the way, i have photos of everything and then some) I dont know. But I know for sure no one got on the roof because if they did someone would've fixed the old sealant. I would be embarrassed to have my name on this sale for the condition this camper is in. Everything leaks. And to 'fix' it, they want you to bring it in, so they can fix it while you stay in a hotel you have to pay for while waiting for them to get to your camper. I know we are also at fault here, but this was our first camper purchase and didn't fully know what to look for, which is why we were trusting our salesman. Edit: to add insult to injury, we bought in January 2026 and could not pick up until March 2026, not because of camping world, but they had a little over two(2) months to do ANYTHING to our camper
