If you guys only sell batteries and no longer install them, you need to make that clear so nobody expects it. Or, if the policy hasn't changed, make it clear to employees that they are required to do it. If an employee thinks he's doing a favor by changing a straightforward battery, he can find a job that better suits his interests. Either way, you lost a customer to O'Reilly they did a great job it’s a world of competition!

The worse autozone i have ever been to,they know how to do nothing,not even change a battery,they lost one of my battery nut because they were not paying attention and they didn't replace it although I told them,they were lazy so after I bought the battery and saw that mess and them being so careless, lazy and not wanting to work I said you know what,I need to get a refund for my battery and go elsewhere where they know how to change a battery,so I did, I got my new battery cheaper and they installed it for free and my day finally started,I even know mechanic and know how to change a battery,they even lied about it saying the cables and the battery were glued,lmao that another reason why I took my car elsewhere not related don't trust them and be by your car always or go to someone else if you can,I know mechanic myself so good try autozone in trying to fool me, 🤣🤣🤣 people bottom line don't buy here, thank you for reading this and good luck.
