  I came here hoping to find an auto shop that wouldn’t upsell me or take advantage of me, & overall I had a pretty good experience. When I first arrived, I was a little confused about where to go, better signage or more detailed instructions in the appointment email would definitely help. Check-in was quick, & the associate at the counter was friendly. I was told my oil change & tire rotation would take about an hour, & my car sat for around 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment before being pulled in, which wasn’t too bad. The lobby area was decent, though it could use a deeper cleaning. The TV channel playing was a bit obnoxious, & the WiFi didn’t seem to work while I was there. That said, the staff was friendly throughout the visit, & I really appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured into extra services or unnecessary add-ons. The prices are a little higher than some places, but honestly, not being constantly upsold made it feel worth it overall.

  Took my truck here, took them a week to tell me it needed an engine. Paid $389 for a diagnostic. Their diagnostic did not make sense due to the symptoms it was having. Had it towed to another shop and found that everything auto revival told me was a lie.

  I've taken both of our cars here recently for repairs. Both times the staff was very knowledgeable, honest, and fair with the pricing.

  just tried get my oil changed at this place and the wanted over $100 for an oil change plus they added a bunch of fees. we asked for a simple oil change, they pulled codes and tried adding fees. do not go here
