Auto Revival did some work on my vehicle and let me drive off without the front sway bar bolted back correctly. This bent my front sway bar end links and tore up my front alloy wheels upon turning a hard left or right in my vehicle. I brough it back immediately and they tightened the part(s) back down to fix the issue however my end links are bent in an S-shape now and my alloy wheels are damaged.
I brought this to Mike face to face concerning the damage from the tech neglecting to put my car back together correctly and he denied wrongdoing as most shops usually do and actually offered to assess the damage and charge me to repair the damage due to their negligence.
I will forgive you for calling me out to be a liar, but hopefully this is not a common occurrence in your shop. Praise the King! Proverbs 20:23, Proverbs 15:3, Proverbs 6:16-18
P.S. Auto Revival LLC has been reported to the Texas State Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission and the BBB. Car repair shops must become more accountable for their actions. I see and read about this repair shop attitude far too often.

We just moved to Justin about a year ago and found Auto Revival. We took our Ford Escape in because my transmission completely went out on me and they got it fixed in a timely manner. All the staff there is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Hopefully we have no other car problems but if we do we’ll definitely use them. Thanks for helping us.

First, I’ll say I have been to Auto Revival in the past and they did a good job for me, so I thought based on that experience they would be able to help here. I haven’t been since they opened this new location.
I was greeted by a technician, he wasn’t sure about what I needed and he asked me to go into the lobby and speak with someone inside.
There was no one inside to meet me, but I could hear someone in the back taking and making calls. I waited a few minutes and in that short time two more customers queued up behind me. 10 more minutes go by and by this time I’ve rung their bell for service. People have been in and out and their door chimes have gone off… still no one came.
I go back out and find the tech that greeted me and told him no one has helped me. He says okay, and goes and finds the person in the back and comes back to me to tell me she’s on the phone… this really made me feel like I’m bothering them with my business. Another customer got up and repeatedly rang their bell for service in frustration and said out loud in the lobby with other customers waiting “what shitty customer service”. So I know I’m not the only one feeling frustrated by the situation.
The woman finally comes into the lobby to ask me if I’ve been helped. I was little surprised by the question since she’s literally the only person there from what I can tell (who else could have helped me?) I tell her no and what I need.
For this particular job, I supplied spark plugs from the OEM because I intended to do it myself, but since I haven’t had time I wanted a mechanic to do it for me.
She tells me that they don’t accept customer provided parts due to liability.
I have never felt so dismissed by someone in a customer facing role. It wouldn’t have been a big deal to just tell me that, but to have to wait 20 minutes for this answer, while being ignored and made to feel like a bother is more than I can tolerate.
