  Very stingy at the deli counter, I ordered 4 Mac and cheese sides at the counter and they gave me so little that I refused it didnt take it (3 portions per cup). First time this happens. It was the old Hispanic man, he told me he was the manager

  1:30 am I fueled and took my fuel receipt all showers were available hardly I find safe place for parking and come back book shower 1 person ahead of me ask and they keep it like that I ask the short hair lady it’s available but not allowing us to take showers first she make excuses it gonna 45 minutes even all showers available then I insist to have shower the she made another excuse we do have clean towels I told I have my own the another excuse another person is ahead of you finally didn’t take my shower.i hope some one should fix the problem creators made long dive to make here but they don’t respect commercial drivers and don’t care especially the night shift. Really disappointed ☹️ just did fuel $800 and not showing respect or not doing customer service.horrible stuff.

  We stopped in to fuel and grab coffee and snacks. The store was clean and organized , the staff greeted us as we entered and was super friendly, and the manager (Hank), went out of his way to make us feel welcome. They also had a great variety of fresh and healthy snacks. Definitely worth the trip and I can’t wait to stop in again.

  My kids called to order a pizza from pilot in Junction Texas, and the lady named “princess” that answered was very rude and disrespectful and had such a bad attitude and hung up on us. Then we went to the store to get the pizza after waiting 20 minutes at home. She was serving other customers yelling at them and being extremely rude. We had to wait for our pizza for at least another 30 minutes and when she came and talked to us she said “WHAT DO YOU WANT” “and threw her hands up” and walked in the back and put are pizza in FINALLY and went and served other customers still with a attitude then started slamming stuff around walking to back and started talking crap to another worker about my kids this is very disrespectful and unacceptable. She gave us are pizza and started yelling and slammed it on the counter telling us to go pay somewhere else with her other coworker and when we got home we open the pizza it was cut poorly and not cut all the way and DEFINITELY not cooked all the way definitely will not be going back to this disrespectful store yall need to get a hand of her period .
