  worst pilot to stop at . i have been waiting for about 1 hour for shower to be assigned , the guy working there cleaned showers 30 min ago all of them are clean and ready to use . but when i went to counter lady she was they are not clean lying on my face. if you guys dont wanna work just quit your jobs.

  Man we’re do I start with this location it’s extremely clean and had an amazing in stock leave of products on there shelves everyone was eager to assist u with any and everything u possibly needed I would like to thank everyone that works here u all make it look easy when I kno it’s not and I would like to give a special shout-out to Matt and Amy and Rachel they was outstanding and made my shopping experience amazing definitely coming back anytime I’m in this area

  I had a great experience at Pilot Travel Center #1006 and I truly felt this location deserves recognition for the outstanding effort their team puts into maintaining the store. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was professional, welcoming, and extremely well organized. You can immediately tell the staff takes pride in their work and pays close attention to every detail. What impressed me the most was the level of cleanliness throughout the entire store. Not only were the visible areas spotless, but even the hidden corners and less noticeable areas were exceptionally clean. That level of consistency says a lot about the standards being maintained by management and staff. The merchandise was neatly organized, shelves were fully stocked, and everything was arranged in a professional and customer-friendly way that made the store easy to navigate. I especially want to recognize the laundry area because it stood out more than most truck stops I have visited. The washing machines and dryers were deeply cleaned, well maintained, and clearly cared for on a regular basis. It is rare to see a travel center keep the laundry facilities in such excellent condition, and it made a huge difference for drivers and travelers trying to take care of personal needs on the road. I also took the time to personally compliment the staff because hard work like this deserves to be acknowledged. Special thanks and recognition to Zulema, Natalie, Pat, and Hanic for their professionalism, positive attitudes, and dedication to keeping the store operating at such a high standard. Their teamwork and customer service truly reflect positively on the entire location and management team. The manager of this store should be proud of the environment they have created. It is clear the leadership here emphasizes professionalism, organization, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. This location sets a strong example for how a travel center should be operated. I highly recommend this Pilot location to any driver or traveler passing through the area.
