  So my car had a bad smell & a friend told me it needed coolant. I work at a convenience store in JC & a guy from Youngblood came in. This was July 3, 2026. I mentioned to him that my car needed coolant & he said to swing by Youngblood & he would top it off. They were closing early this day for the holiday. So after work I went to YB & he was still there. He gladly put coolant in my car at no charge which I wasent expecting. Thank you So Much for doing this for me! I appreciate you! The guys who work at this location are really good to customers. BeBlessed

  Avoid this tire shop, needed a tire for a blown steer and they wouldn’t sell it to me. 400 plus tax cash only. My guy didn’t have that much cash and they wouldn’t take the company card like every other business anywhere. Can’t imagine whose dumb business decision this was. Hoping they lose a lot of business over stupidity.

  Stopped by Saturday morning at 11:15 am to get a price quote for 4 new tires. The office was locked and everyone in the garage looked at me and ignored me. Went back and looked in through the office window and saw a man sitting at the counter, he looked up at me and looked back down. Ignored again. I checked the hours on the door to see that they are supposed to be open until 1:00 pm. I left and decided to call to see if they would answer the phone. Richard answered and when I asked if they were open he said "Well, what do you want?" So I guess they are only open depending on what you want. I told him I wanted to purchase 4 new tires and he asked if I could wait until Monday. So I asked if I could at least get a price quote. A few minutes later he quoted me a little over $1600 for 4 tires!! NO THANKS, EVER!! I was born and raised in Johnson City and this place is a disgrace to our small town. Youngblood can GO BACK TO AUSTIN!!!!!!! I will never attempt to do business there again!
