  Getting a rental from here was a breeze. I dropped my car off at the Collison Center down the street, and a driver came and picked me up from there and took me straight to the rental office. There were quite a few customers in there, but the agent was moving customers along quickly and efficiently. Only minor thing I will point out is that my rental had a notification that the windshield wiper fluid needed to be refilled, which the agent himself pointed out when he was doing the walkthrough. I wasn't going to pay out of pocket to service their vehicle, so I left it as is. They should have tended to that prior to issuing the vehicle out to me. It was annoying to have that sensor come on every 10 minutes (and I commute pretty far) for the 1 week that I had the vehicle. Please, properly service your vehicles before renting them out to customers so that the responsibility doesn't fall on us.

  The manager Travis was quick to resolve some service issues that was not completely fixed. He will go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of.
