  Unbelievably rude. A clear sense of superiority. A complete disregard to the concept of "customer service". On top of all that, I was issued a car with a broken windshield. UPDATE 1: I reached out like Marisa asked, and was NOT taken care of... At all. It was just insult to injury. This is not a serious company. Apparently, I have to call a different number that has to do with roadside assistance? They give me a damaged car and I am the one who has to jump through hoops? Get out of here. Enterprise is not a serious company. Not quite as bad as Hertz, but sure are trying. UPDATE 2: I took the damaged car to the Barker Cypress location and they promptly exchanged the car. That is the Enterprise I have always known, not this location in the Joe Myers facility.
