  BIG thank you to the employee Charles and the store manager Lawerence for their help yesterday afternoon on our windshield wiper replacement situation. I called the store and came in and they assisted myself and my father swiftly. Love this Autozone! They are quick to assist with any parts for our personal and business!

  I am absolutely grateful by the service at AutoZone in Jarrell, all thanks to Lawrence and his team. I truly wasn’t expecting it. I just came in with a few questions, and he immediately went outside, inspected the vehicle, even went underneath to pinpoint the issue. He explained everything in detail, gave me so many options, and I left feeling incredibly informed and grateful with my purchase. His dedication, charisma, and professionalism were truly outstanding. I can’t thank him enough. Sorry that I forgot the name of the other employee that also assisted me a lot but it was great. If you’re looking for top-notch service experience, you need to go there. Lawrence and their team is a total star!

  Really nice store! The service is fantastic! The manager ( Lawrence ) is great guys help me with all my questions and even help me to fix the problem with my truck! Recommend 1000000%

  Where do I begin? Well for starters, the store manager Lawrence isn’t what I would call a professional. He’s been known to be rude to the customers. Not only that but he’s also been seen working on his personal truck, in the store parking lot, instead of working in the store as he should be doing. Anyetta is another example of a manager who is useless and doesn’t add value to the company. She acts like she knows it all but in reality she’s not as good as she thinks she is. She loves to tell people how to do their jobs but fails miserably at hers.
