  Excellent Service, Heather had the car ready when I needed it delivered straight to my door, it was a clean, beautiful Mitsu. Returned on schedule no surprises. Very professional I would recommend to anyone who needs a car in a crunch

  I'm trying to get a van for a combined business trip and family vacation. We need space for 6, plus lots of luggage. The organization I work for is huge and we have a great corporate agreement with Enterprise. But this is my first (and probably final) attempt to rent from this location. 1) Even though the website says they will, this Jacksonville location will NOT pick you up or drop you off. 2) I reserved a mini van a week ago, in advance, online. The rate was actually $50 cheaper than all the Tyler Enterprise locations. I called this location two days ago and spoke with agent Allysha Choice. Though she informed me no one could pick me up, she assured me my reserved van would be available and ready today. 3) Assuming this would be quick, my wife dropped me off, but there is only one agent, Allysha Choice, at this location (way understaffed). I showed up today, had to wait over 45 minutes before it was my turn in line. 4) Unbeknownst to me, the van I reserved was declared "unrentable" much earlier in the day, but NO ONE tried to contact me to notify me. 5) Typically in a situation like this, a rental company will give you a complimentary upgrade to a larger, more premium vehicle, but this location has too small of a selection. 6) The agent called her store manager, Sonny Barhaz, who said he called every branch in East Texas (which I'm not sure I believe) to find another van, or larger substitute, but none are available. 7) Sonny gave me the personal cell number of Kelly Williams, the absolute top of the corporate ladder for all of the East Texas Enterprise locations. I called, texted, left voice messages, and still have not heard back from him. 8) With no acceptable vehicle, and now 45 minutes after their store officially closed, and with no ride home, I was left with no option but to accept a vehicle three downgrade levels below the van needed. 9) Though we planned to depart at 5am in the morning on our roadtrip, I'm going to have to waste a half a day tomorrow trying to find a vehicle that will accommodate our trip. 10) No one apologized. No one seemed to be surprised. And I was told that this happens quite often at this location.
