  Worst costumer service experience, I came here just for a state inspection, and it wasn’t even busy and they took forever to check in, then when they where doing the service they rather go do another car while I was waiting for my service, is one of this places that it supposed to be quick and good but ended being a horrible experience.

  I was very disappointed by this particular location. This is not my first time doing oil change at Valvoline , and not my first time At this location. I saved this address and decided to come back here to service my Mercedes because I was very pleased with the previous experience. But this time , as soon as I arrived at the store , I request a manager , and ask for them to dedicate a senior worker over there , to do my oil change. My car just coming from expensive repairs , I spent over 11 thousands to get it fixed , so I was very serious about getting the car serviced by someone with experience. Long story short , the manager , Chris , was the one that worked on my car , when he was done , he didn’t even clear the message on my dashboard that was saying « Service A due » , meaning oil change due. He told me that they don’t do that. I specifically told him that the whole point of me coming here is because I see this message on my dashboard , saying that my car needs an oils change , and last time I was here , they did the oil change and they cleared the message , how come you telling me you don’t do it here and I need to do it myself ? He replied « I don’t know how to do it , and none of my team member knows how to do it ». I said okay , I left the store , found a parking spot , opened the hood just to make sure everything was done correctly, I saw some stains of oil here and there that I , now , needed to clean , and I even saw some oil stains on my headlight that was not properly cleaned. I paid 125$ for full synthetic oil change , and Had to go to a different location , to have other mechanics clear the code for me.
