  This Racetrac is going down hill. I come in here about once a week and over the last 6 months it's gotten dirtier and dirtier. Anyway the video is what I found today at around 9:45pm. Somone definitely wasn't doing their job again.

  Think Race Trac’s employees could use QT’s customer service training model. Female employee handling food (without gloves) said under her breath after she already look unapproachable that “people don’t speak to people these days, what’s wrong with the world” You’re in the customer service position ma’am. But it’s race trac, hit or miss in that department. If they aren’t smelling like they just finished a session with Snoop Dogg, they are upset that you’re there to make a purchase.

  I went to get a coffee around 12:30 PM. They didn't have whole milk, 2% skim milk, or even half-and-half coffee creamer. I asked them if they had any whole milk, and they told me they couldn't put any out because the shelf was full. I checked all the milk options and found that a carton of almond milk had just a tiny bit left; I poured it into my coffee, and that was the end of it. I let the employee know that it had run out, and she handed me another carton of the same creamer, telling me she didn't have any other varieties. I went over to check the refrigerators myself, and sure enough, they *did* have whole milk and 2% milk. I come here every night for coffee and gas, as I work nearby.
