We also offer soft-serve vanilla cones and QuikShakes. QuikTrip’s famous fountain is always guaranteed to quench your thirst, with more than 30 flavors of soda and tea, not to mention our frozen drinks like Freezoni® and Smoothies! And don’t forget our wide selection of Grab & Go items, including all beef hot dogs and taquitos, breakfast sandwiches, subs, salads, wraps, and donuts. - ALAndrew LewisMay 6, 20261.0Kendrick was completely rude and was not professional during our transaction whatsoever. Zero customer service towards me. It was late at night and he made me feel very uncomfortable needs training-- I was not rude whatsoever. Kendrick escalated our interaction and caused a little bit of a scene. I cannot stress enough kendrick was very unhinged and put me and himself in a very uncomfortable situation. gas stations are already dangerous at night and my interaction with Kendrick made it even more dangerous for him and for myself, I will not be returning. Again, Kendrick is a humongous liability and treats people poorly.
- CSChris SheddApr 13, 20265.0By far the customer service King of all business, their business model is one that every company in America should stop and look how they treat the people that spend their money there and understand that customers are what makes the business grow or stop and fail, I love customer service, and that should be number 1 with the employees side by side the shareholders or investors can be number 3 or 4, with customer service and taking care of them employees that's a win win, so stop at QT for a drink a snack or a meal get gas get diesel or air your tires up....by far number 1....
- TTTysonApr 13, 20263.0Restrooms could definitely be cleaner, and staff could be a bit friendlier. They do offer Top Tier gas, but prices can be higher than nearby stations at times. The air pump is often out of service, which can be frustrating. On the plus side, there’s a wide selection of food and drinks, including hot and cold coffee, making it a decent pit stop. It can get busy on weekends and in the evenings, so be prepared for a wait at the pumps and longer lines inside.
