I recently moved from Dallas. The wash itself did a good job, but I was disappointed with what was available afterward, especially for the price. The cheapest wash was $13, yet there were no clean microfiber towels at the vacuum stations. The only one I found smelled like mildew, and while I was there I heard another customer ask for clean towels near his car, but none were ever restocked.
I was also surprised there weren’t any cleaning sprays available for windows or the interior like other drive-thru car washes I’ve used. Overall, the wash was fine, but I expected more at this price point. I’ll probably try other car washes in the area before coming back.

I had a great experience at Quick Quack Car Wash. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and the vacuum stations were excellent—they were very powerful and made it easy to get my car looking spotless.
Annmarie provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional, and made sure I had everything I needed. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made the visit even better. I highly recommend Quick Quack Car Wash and appreciate the excellent service from Annmarie. I’ll definitely be back!

Visited today, 1st time after remodeling. And last time.
Became quite expensive compared to other washes. You can get a full service somewhere else and better service and experience.
Almost a self-service if you have a membership. You drive thru "member" gate, go thru tunnel and drive away. No drying windows, no any post service. No greeting, no goodbye.
If you don't have membership, it is worse. You have to stop at non-member gate and inconvenience attendant who tries to sell membership and was visibly annoyed when was asked to explain prices and options. At least blurted out a quick greeting with no energy and no enthusiasm whatsoever.
Next was a tunnel attendant, busy in his phone and large headphones. Finally noticed the only car in line, quickly guided into the channel, unenthusiastically sent several drops of soap onto the middle of windshield and pushed start button. And immediately retired back to his phone.
Tunnel did what it was supposed to do. And then you just drive away, there are literally no people there doing final touches.
So, not going back, ever.

This business is scamming us. DO NOT put your signature on their tablet. They are signing you up for a monthly subscription without telling you. Also, after cancelling they still debit your account. I have submitted a fraud claim with my bank. If you’ve ever gone through this car wash it’s likely your being charged without your consent. Check your statements folks.

Two complaints:
1. They won’t spray indoor mats like many other automatic car wash
2. My car’s fender was damaged during a car wash, and they claimed it wasn’t their fault. They refused to share any pictures or videos they took during the wash, even when I requested them. Moreover, we are expected to take pictures of our cars before the wash as an evidence in case of dispute. Damage can happen at any car wash but I just hoped they would cover $20 piece of plastic under their insurance.
Don’t go any automatic carwash if you care about your car. Definitely not this one.
