  Scam alert I normally do not leave reviews, even when I receive poor service. Most of the time, I simply move on and choose not to return. However, my experience at this tire shop was concerning enough that I felt I should share it. I originally came in to replace one front tire. The staff showed me two matching tires, and since they both looked good, I decided to replace both front tires instead of just one. After they installed the first tire, I noticed the second tire they were about to install was not the same tire they had originally shown me. It appeared to be a lower-quality tire. When I questioned them about it, they initially argued with me, but once they realized I had noticed the difference, they went back inside and brought out the correct tire that I had agreed to purchase. The situation became even more frustrating when they started installing the tires without balancing them. When I asked about balancing, I was told it was not included in the price. I said that was fine and that I would pay the additional cost. However, even after that conversation, I noticed they were again attempting to install one of the tires without balancing it. At that point, I felt I had to closely monitor the entire job to make sure the work was being done correctly and that I was receiving the products and services I had paid for. I believe customers should be able to trust a shop to provide the exact products they agreed to purchase and to perform the work properly without having to constantly watch over the process.
