  Joel and the teams at Mavis were thee best, I took my car in for noise I was hearing they checked it out. Explain where they thought the noise was coming from. Joel was very patience with me as I wrote down all the information he told me what to say when I took to another place. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend coming here!

  I came in one evening. This was my first time coming to the location. It was after work and I had a nail in my tire. I did not need to replace my tire. I just needed it to be patched so I could make it home safe so it was a bright skinned young lady there in a male the male was willing to help me , but the olady basically declined and her attitude was very nasty and I would not recommend any woman to go there! if your male go there because she’s more than likely a male center female, so you’ll get service but wouldn’t recommend females to go there alone.She have a nasty attitude and that needs to be addressed.

  Had a blowout on 635 going to grapevine and the service guys here I've got health problems the service guys here went over I took the tire off they rode it over here to the store and rode it back for me I'll put the tire back on and they were very good people they was about to close I'm not sure do appreciate you all let them do this because I l got colon cancer and lung cancer and the people working today was very helpful I stayed late and mounted me a tire and balancer for me

  I called to get a quote on a oil change for my sons car 2012 glk 350. I was greeted with such professionalism which now a days is a lost art. Servitude is not easy but necessary to build a customer base. Adreanna is a treasure for your location. Not to say when I arrived I was greeted with same. She was one phone but acknowledged me and while waiting I was impressed about caring nature. She was checking on her technician who was ill and also called his wife. So impressive 👏 give her a raise because she truly is someone special. She earned you a customer for all my cars we have 4. Look at God!!!
