It was good while it lasted. I used to work in Las Colinas and this was my place. Super friendly people, fast, reasonably priced, etc. Even though I no longer work in LC, I drive all the way from uptown Dallas to get my oil changed here. That all stopped this Sunday. I pulled up at 2 something and was greeted by a nice enough guy who told me that his associate was on break so it might be a while. I said I had errands to run and offered to come back. He said that'd be fine but that they close at 4PM. Fine. I returned at 3:20 and out walks a person with multiple piercings who essentially just frowns and stares at me. I said I needed to get an oil change. Stares. I then asked: "is everything all right?" Frowns, mumbles and stares. I then said: maybe I should come back. She (I think it was a woman but I'm honestly not sure) said OK and left. I was stunned. I'm guessing this place has changed hands and now has new people. It's a shame. This place was great but I won't be back.

Bad communication. Was here for an oil change with a few people in front of me. Took about an hour before I was cashed out, which was fine and expected. I was told it would be 7 more minutes and that they were finishing up. 45 minutes go by and I have to walk into the bay and flag down someone to ask if everything is okay. He says yes, the other guy is working on it and he doesn’t have an update. 25 more minutes pass and the other guy comes out and says he can’t perform an oil change because the last place I went to stripped my oil plug out and he doesn’t have the right tools to get it loose so he refunds me. Not his fault, but I was here for over 2 hours and my time was entirely wasted. If there was an issue, I should’ve been notified as soon as possible and definitely shouldn’t have been cashed out and lead to believe my car was almost done.
