Maria, Rocky, and Felipe, and Jake were professional and courteous. Rocky explained everything to me in lament terms. Maria showed me the price on the screen while she was putting everything. It prepared me for the 1600 plus bill. I didn’t have another stroke when the final appeared.

Open on Sunday at 10am! That was a big help to my schedule. People here are very nice and friendly. I came just for my inspection, but decided to get an oil change also. I signed up to get deals on oil changes and more. This will be where I get my truck taken care of from now on.

Called Saturday to inquire about a transmission flush and talked with their mechanic Rocky. I specifically gave him the year make and model of my vehicle and he told me to come at 11am Sunday to take care of it. Cleared my Sunday schedule and arrived at 10:45 only for Rocky to say he doesn’t carry that fluid. Wasted my time and morning for something he should have checked when I called the day prior and scheduled with him. That’s just laziness Ended up going to Arlington location where they knew exactly what needed to be done including having to remove a side access plate which Rocky didn’t know which costs an extra hour of labor. I’m sure Rocky can do the job, just poor preparation and no consideration for my time when I took the effort to clarify prior. Probably ok for an oil change but don’t bother with other services if this is any indication of how they run their services.

I’m a regular and loyal Kwik Kar customer. Needed an oil change. My normal location was out of the specific oil. They sent me to another location. Arrived but they didn’t have the filter. Went to 3rd location and also out but ordered for next day. Showed up and different people were working. Listened to guy “sell” the lady in front of me by creating all kinds of fear, uncertainty and doubt about her car. Tried to upsell her by $700. Them it was my turn. Tried to do the same to me. Staff looked like they just got out of prison. I almost left because I was so distrusting of the situation. On top of that the guy told me the prices had gone up.My other regular location did not tell me that. I may have to change companies. This was a very very awkward experience. I’m fearful that the mechanic screwed with my car since I didn’t buy the up charge services.
