    I have been coming here a lot and it is always busy. This time no wait and got my Cadillac IQ fulling charged for my trip to Houston. Every unit was working and charging went well.

    I was plugged into the B side and this was on the 350 charger…51kW is way off the 350kW…note the car’s output on the A side…what a disappointment! Too bad I needed to reload. In the time between the time I shot the picture and now, mysteriously were both at the same percentage and different output…

    The charging station frequently experiences operational issues, with only two out of four stalls typically functional. Repair timelines are extended, often spanning several months. Customer service has not provided estimated repair completion dates. Furthermore, the practice of charging to 100% while other customers are waiting is perceived as discourteous, especially given the reduced charging speed beyond 90%.
