Hewent over things to ensure everything was understood about my rental agreement. He really went over and beyond, the car that I got was great it rode smoothly I didn't have any problems I will definitely rent here again.

The racket that they run is to meticulously take pictures of the vehicle in order to disguise a preexisting condition and then charge you for it. And of course the "repair" was at an inflated rate that was really an inexpensive 'adjust'. But I guess they have to make it worth their while. You can see a picture of this 'team' in the review below this one.
