Omg! I'm a wk late bn moving. I hv to say this location was exceptional. I had the pleasure to witness Bre providing amazing customer service to every single customer. She kept a smile? courteous, multiple tasking her butt off. Oh did I say "alone". Her and the guy who was getting those cars cleaned and ready, they both worked that lobby. Loved the service I received. Bre is a great example and representation of Enterprise. You need more like Bre and her side kick tech. Amazing !! I am a very satisfied customer!!

It was a very disappointing and misleading rental experience with Enterprise. I reserved and paid for a full-size car specifically to accommodate my family of five and our luggage, expecting a vehicle comparable to a Malibu, Camry, or Sonata. Instead, at pickup I was given a Chevrolet Trax and told, “you got a free upgrade.” This statement is unacceptable. By no reasonable or industry standard can a subcompact SUV with less passenger and cargo space be considered an upgrade from a full-size sedan. I was neither informed of this discrepancy nor given a meaningful option to decline. This substitution caused inconvenience throughout my trip. The rear seating was UNCOMFORTABLY cramped for three passengers, and there was inadequate trunk space for our luggage. My family repeatedly complained about discomfort- an avoidable situation had the reserved vehicle category been honored. I accepted the vehicle only because I was under time pressure to begin my trip early and top of that it took ~30 min to get this car ready. I attempted to contact the location later that day with no response. When I called again on Saturday morning, the location was closed despite other nearby Enterprise locations being open. This lack of accessibility prevented any timely resolution and further reflects poor service. I consider this situation misleading and a clear misrepresentation of service. Labeling this as a “free upgrade” does not change the fact that I was provided an inferior vehicle relative to my confirmed reservation. Now it does make sense why they have earned such poor customer review.

Recently came to pick up a reservation here on 3/12 that was provided by service center at a dealership that has my recently purchased vehicle for service. Bri was very helpful, but what made my experience stressful is that the dealership advised that this would be taken care of by them, only to come and find out that Enterprise is trying to charge me $500 because the dealership said they wouldn't be taking care of it. Instead of this being managed with the dealership and enterprise, enterprise came to me and I have been going back and forth with both departments to see who is paying the amount. I was then informed I can sign a waiver for damages on 3/20 to avoid additional charges, I guess its a specific insurance policy enterprise offers which I was also not aware of. I did sign the waiver, and provided a $50 deposit that would then be refunded upon car return. Initially, they wanted me to go back to the office to have them take pictures of the vehicle and provide this information along with the signed waiver. However, I let them know that I was at work and was unable to leave work for that. Management was able to send someone to my work place to also take images and have me sign here at work. I had to leave in the middle of a meeting to come outside. Then I get an update that now I owe 281.50 instead of $500. I was so confused and again have been trying to get the service center at the dealer to call them back or for Enterprise to continue to reach out to them regarding that amount, as this is no fault of mine. It has been draining and overall, just a stressful situation.
