  Katie that works here was the nicest, most helpful employee I've experienced at a Enterprise. She helped not only make my rental experience smooth after i got into my accident but went above and beyond to help in other ways! Plenty of cars available at this location also! Recommend to anyone and thank you Katie!

  When I return the car, the manager offered me a free ride to my home from Enterprise that was nice and thank you in enterprise. I have been dealing with them for so many years just because the people like this thank you.

  A manger needs to contact me immediately. They made me go to three different location to then tell me they don’t have my care available or any car available like the one I paid for. I dropped 200 in Ubers, three hours of my time and the lady who works here was like oh well. Unacceptable.

  Every time I rent a car Enterprise does not fail me. The staff is curtious. The rates are budget friendly. The cars are pretty good rides.

  Officially DONE with ever using this location and may be Enterprise all together again. The only reason for using them was because they are closest to the preferred collision center my car is at. First of all, I placed the reservation using the link sent to me by Enterprise and State Farm. I booked a midsize car that said it was within the allowable limits allowed by the insurance company without me paying extra out of my pocket. I got to the collision center this morning to drop off my car, 10 minutes past and my collision center drove to Enterprise in my own car since they failed to be there on time. Once I got to Enterprise, they informed me of the car I was being placed in. I informed her that wasn’t what my reservation was for and it was dismissed. And I was still placed in the car lesser than my reservation. I was informed the car wasn’t ready that it had to be cleaned and it was going to be done in a couple of minutes. An hour later, they had to go put gas in it. So an hour later we walk out to do the inspection, the Mitsubishi Mirage I was placed in, had paint chips all over it, large scratches on the bumper, and the girl that brought the car back from getting gas told the representative that the back window wiper doesn’t work. I left and this car is a death trap on wheels. The steering wheel rattles on the freeway, when you put your foot on the break, the car veers right. When I called to see what the discrepancy was between my reservation and this junk, the guy told me that my reservation wasn’t guaranteed and I got what the insurance company paid for. But the car I chose said it was within the limit according to the link sent to me by them. And they had a week to make sure it was accommodated. Also wasn’t about to pay out of pocket for a more “expensive” car when the accident for my Grand Cherokee being in the shop was not my fault. So be aware when getting vehicles here.
