  This location is obviously closed down. I wasted money on an Uber to get here from the airport only to discover that it's not operational. I wish I would have seen the other reviews first. Luckily the MacArthur location was nice enough to come pick me up and move my reservation there.

  I got here at 8am, and they said the system is not working, I booked a car and they said I didn’t gosh, I showed them my email and confirmation and the phone number that called me and they were like ooh I have ur car it will take 10 mins it’s been an hour never use this place at all.EDITING!!! because Fransisco I can’t remember his name well but the guy who is there today, went above and beyond to help me, he made sure everything was taken care of and I got the car I wanted, he took me drove me to another location to get this done, though I was really frustrated he did everything to make sure I left smiling he deserves to work in a better company with more structure the system was down when I left at 10am so am still giving one star but this guy deserves a recognition.

  HA! Jacob!!!! I know your pain. my truck was totaled in an accident. this was the closest location to where I reside. 1st day all they had was a mini van. I was told they would call back in the early afternoon to switch it out with a vehicle that was similar to mine. So I took my GFs car to work so she could exchange it, because I wouldn't be able to. she called me at the office about 530 saying know one called (know one called me as well) when she did call to ask questions the person hung up on her. I called back and was told come in the afternoon we will have a switch out for you. I went back and some girl just put the keys on the counter and told me it was in the parking garage and continued with whatever she was doing. I stood there and said "That's it?!" she said yes and pointed to the garage. she didn't even tell me what kind of vehicle it was. I had to ask her. she didn't even walk my to it. or walk around it to check to see if it was damaged. I couldn't believe it. I have a very busy schedule so I just left and went off to work. the vehicle they gave is not in good shape. ALL 4 TIRES BALD AS BABIES BOTTOM!! I have been putting air in one of the tires everyday! that's an unnecessary stop everyday to put $1.50 in a machine every-time I go to work. I also work on weekends with my 2nd job. I am looking for another enterprise to switch out this disaster. at 65 miles an hour the steering wheel vibrates. its a wonderful car let me tell you. I never like using enterprise. it has made my accident with my vehicle even more painful and annoying and stressful. if you must use enterprise, do yourself a favor and skip this location. rude service, no compassion or friendly service from the staff. I work with the public everyday and this is unacceptable customer service. do they even teach friendly service anymore. renting a car sucks and this makes it suck even more.
