- MWMargaret WambuiMay 26, 20231.0I got here at 8am, and they said the system is not working, I booked a car and they said I didn’t gosh, I showed them my email and confirmation and the phone number that called me and they were like ooh I have ur car it will take 10 mins it’s been an hour never use this place at all.EDITING!!! because Fransisco I can’t remember his name well but the guy who is there today, went above and beyond to help me, he made sure everything was taken care of and I got the car I wanted, he took me drove me to another location to get this done, though I was really frustrated he did everything to make sure I left smiling he deserves to work in a better company with more structure the system was down when I left at 10am so am still giving one star but this guy deserves a recognition.
- SYSaid YosefApr 26, 20191.0After successfully creating a reservation on the enterprise website, i headed to the location to pick up the reserved vehicle. Upon arriving in my uber and walking to the location (confusing to get to. Do not rely on the signage as it needs to be updated. ) i received a phone call from Jordon Notifying me that they no longer had ANY cars at their location. Confused i asked him why i was able to create to the reservation online and if it was some sort of error? He replied "i don't have any cars" (in a discourteous/impolite tone) ... and said nothing else... I informed him that i was here and not locale and if i could be assisted to another location. He replied "i don't have any cars and i'm the only one there"( in the same coarse manner). I was in front of the location when he called and could see he was not the only one there. My experience with this location and especially Jordon were very poor. I called an uber and left, i did not want to continue to surround my self in such unwelcoming environment
- HRHumberto RiveraMar 29, 20195.0I have used this location on several occasions and the person in reception has treated me very well (It's always the same Guy). The service is always fast and attentive. In 10-15 minutes you are already in your car.
