  I visited Clay Cooley Nissan Irving on July 4 after being told by their executive that they were running a special offer on a lease deal. I went in expecting the advertised pricing shown on their website, test drove the car, and spent time discussing the lease in person. However, the numbers presented at the table were significantly different from what was shown online in the screenshot I had reviewed before visiting. This kind of discrepancy is frustrating and misleading. If an advertised offer is not actually available in the form shown online, it should be made clear upfront before a customer spends time visiting the showroom, test driving the vehicle, and discussing terms. A dealership should provide transparent and consistent pricing so customers can trust the value proposition being advertised. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that Clay Cooley Nissan Irving ensure their website offers match the actual lease terms being presented in store. Clear communication and honest pricing are essential for building customer trust.

  I had an amazing experience speaking with Darcina at Clay Cooley Nissan of Irving. From the moment she answered the phone, she was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and made the entire conversation feel easy and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Darcina definitely does. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, I truly appreciate the excellent service!

  Had a situation that I think needs to be heard by the car buyer community. I purchased a Nissan Maxima about 6 years ago, So it’s fairly still in good shape with low mileage. However, on June 19th, I contacted the service department to ask about getting my original key fob reprogrammed to the car. ( my car was mistakenly towed and the towing company programmed a new key fob to my vehicle, ultimately deprograming the original). During the call it was told to me that they can reprogram the original fob at a $195 charge…. No concerns about anything, so I made an appointment. Here comes appointment day , so I pull up and check in…. While waiting, Mr. Mojica comes and tells me that there’s an 80-20 chance that the reprogramming will not work, however, I will still be inclined to pay the $195. Fortunately, my man was on the phone and he asked “if a towing company with a bootleg programming device can reprogram the car to a knockoff key fob, then how can the dealership not be able to override or erase that and install a new code?.” He started to explain that they need the numbers of the program in order to add the original key fob to it. That answer was not good. We didn’t want the knock off fob period, just wanted the original to be reprogrammed so I can use my auto start. They insisted that it PROBABLY will not work, but he pushed extremely hard that I needed to purchase a new fob from the dealership for $500 to be 100% sure. My man disagreed with that and asked “so if the reprogramming doesn’t work, she will have to spend $500 more dollars to purchase a new one ?” ($700) his response was “correct”. My man instructed me to cancelled the appointment and call a locksmith who got the job done in twenty minutes with a laptop and plug. No consumer protection rights or anything! Especially if you’re a woman by yourself at the dealership…………… I want everyone to know about how crooked this whole ordeal was and I would avoid Nissan at all cost if you’re needing a key fob reprogrammed. Bulldog Locksmith got the job done!!!! GREED is at an all time high!!!!

  My experience wasn’t good. Over price Nissans Altima 2026! For 31k New 2026 Models: The Kelley Blue Book national average fair purchase price sits at $27,400 for the SV trim and $28,500 for the SR trim. The current market value of a Nissan Altima spans from $27,400 for a brand-new 2026 SV model to roughly $13,500 to $21,000 for well-kept used models. The guy wanted me to call my dad on the phone and asked him how much he will buy my car and how much extra he is giving me for money down! I had a Nissan Altima and the past. I have gotten 3 cars from Clay Cooley previously. Back in the day Clay Cooley use to be the place to help people out and give reasonable prices and reasonable car payments. Now it’s all about the money for them. I understand the market has went up but 31k for a Nissan you can get something else luxury value. It made me wonder how many people out there they have scammed.

  Call a couple of days ago and asked if they could reprogram my Altima back to its original fob they said yes would you like an appointment? Yes, Friday at 410 cool. Get there today just to be told that it’s 50-50 chance tht the reprogramming would work. My question was if it don’t work do I still pay the 195 Mr. Mojica said yes😮. Next question so if I order a fob off Amazon could you do it? Still a 50-50 chance🤔. So a key from yall how much 500😶😮???!! My guy was on the phone he also spoke with Mr. Mojica and asked some pretty common questions with the same outcome. My guy tells me to reschedule. Get home he said call a locksmith……Google brought me to Bulldog I call Bulldog Locksmith repeated my story tech will call you shortly 7 mins later tech calls says I’ll be there in an hour he was here 25 mins early. Took both fobs pulled computer out 20 mins later WHA-LA…..original fob reprogrammed and works perfectly😊…..original fob,500 for a new one or pay 195 for 50-50 chance!!!! My question is how can a google search locksmith service me for a fob reprogram at a price that’s reasonable but the dealership I service frequently and purchased a car from(Arlington) wanted to charge me 195 for 50-50 plus a new fob 500 thts 695 bucks they tried to get out of me NO CUSTOMER PROTECTION shown here at all!!! Thanks Bulldog Locksmith for the speedy service and my original fob….Made feel like Mr. Mojica would’ve came back to me with the news of me needing tht new fob…..thanks to My Man being on the phone!!! GREED is at an all time HIGH!!!!
