It’s really sad how that I went in expecting to at least get an appraisal for my car. I need a car with a 3rd row as I am 7 months pregnant with my 3rd baby. I went in and I was turned away for just an appraisal for my car. The man we spoke with was okay but he kept getting up to check with the manager. Then after the manager came and said “ you don’t want to look at the Kia carnival” like he decided not to show us the carnival or help us just because he couldn’t run our credit before giving an approval. Which is very ridiculous. We ended up getting up and leaving to Nissan where they gave us a free appraisal within 15 minutes. They actually let us look at a car it’s very odd how we were treated

I strongly advise anyone looking for a vehicle to take their business elsewhere. This dealership claims to prioritize helping customers, but their internal lack of communication and disorganized financing procedures will leave you financially penalized and stranded. My salesperson, Bijan, and the finance manager, Marcel, mishandled my transaction from start to finish. I was explicitly assured that all necessary documentation had been provided and that the deal was completely finalized before I was permitted to leave the lot with the vehicle. Only after I took possession of the car did Marcel reach out demanding an ITIN letter—a document that was entirely irrelevant to the structure of the agreement we had already signed. Because of Bijan and Marcel's severe oversight, the financing fell through, the contract is being rescinded, and I am being forced to return the vehicle. To make matters worse, I was required to pay $300 upfront for a full-coverage insurance policy specifically for this vehicle, a financial loss I cannot recover.What makes this experience truly unacceptable is their complete lack of accountability. In no way were Bijan or Marcel apologetic about the severe disruption they caused, nor did they make any effort to find alternative financing options or solutions to help me resolve the issue. They simply washed their hands of the situation they created.
Allowing a customer to drive off the lot without fully secured financing is a known, predatory industry tactic, and doing so has completely set me back. I parted with my previous vehicle specifically to do business here, and I am now left with no means of transportation to get to work. As a single mother trying to provide for my children, the absolute lack of empathy and professionalism from Bijan and Marcel is devastating.
Management needs to intervene immediately to ensure my funds are returned today. Do not trust this establishment, and specifically avoid working with Bijan and Marcel if you value your time, your money, and your livelihood.

Josh Ryan provided outstanding customer service and made sure we were fully taken care of throughout the entire process. His professionalism and empathy are the reason we left with a new car and a positive outlook.
Unfortunately, our experience with finance agent Alberto Ramirez was disappointing. His dismissive, smart‑alec attitude and confrontational behavior made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
Management did address the issue afterward, but Josh is the reason we stayed and completed the purchase. He is truly an asset to the team.

On 6/29, I came to pick up my vehicle registration after being notified that it was ready.
I purchased a car in May 2026 and this is my third negative experience with this dealership. I have not received any follow-up from management regarding previous concerns.
When I arrived around 7:20 PM, I was not initially greeted by the receptionist. She appeared to be on a phone call using an AirPod and continued that call while I was waiting. Shortly after, she began assisting me.
During the process of verifying my full name and address, I also observed she was engaged in a FaceTime call with another person. Because of this, I did not feel fully comfortable providing my personal address during the interaction.
In addition, she had an Apple iPad and iPhone in use, with the phone positioned on top of the iPad on the counter, which made the interaction feel distracted and unprofessional.
There were multiple Apple devices in use during my visit, which raised concerns about how customer information is being handled.
While I understand employees may have personal matters during work hours, customer interactions involving sensitive information should be handled with full attention and professionalism. I believe this situation should be reviewed internally and that additional coaching may be appropriate.

I cannot say enough good things about this experience. It was my first time buying a car and Hayden made the experience so effortless and easy. He immediately listened to my concerns about my last car, what I wanted in a new car, let me ask all the “Idk” questions I could think of, listened to what my budget would be and immediately showed me the perfect car for me. I wasn’t even planning on buying a car today but the deal I just couldn’t turn down.
Albert was AMAZING! He explained and re-explained everything to me as much as I needed. He listened to me, made jokes with me and you can just really tell that he cares for his clients. Like truly genuinely a great guy.
This has been the BEST buying experience I have ever had for anything! Thank you guys so much! <3
