They could do nothing right on a simple 5000 mile check of an electric care, and couldn't even tell me when the car was done even though they were a day late, or provide any documentation on what was done until 2 days later. After hearing about the situation, the Service Manager stepped in and remedied all phases of the problems and saw that everything was redone in a proper manner.
