  My car has been sitting in the back of their lot since September of last year. Since then I have been lied to from 3 different employees and my car has gotten burglarized. I’ve had a computer stolen for my air lift suspension, a bag had popped, and body damage has been found. Between 3 employees NONE of them are willing to give me my key back so that I can deal with my car. Warranty work that was offered from various employees ended up being a scam and they stole $16,000 from me.

  After contacting this dealership twice for two different vehicles that they have listed on Facebook. I was told the vehicles were available and I would be able to drive away with only $500 down. I drive for an hour. I get there. Vehicles were just sold. How convenient pulls up other vehicles of what I wanted? Oh, they're not here. Oh, they're just sold what a waste of a day to deal with somebody that is kept saying, oh yeah. We can do pretty much everything for you. And then turn around oh sorry that vehicle's gone oh sorry that's vehicle's gone once would have been acceptable but over 4 times??? Made me wait well over an hour and kept trying to promise a new deal so I ended leaving. I drove away mad frustrated and discouraged Submitted a review to the dealership. Got a call, asked who my salesman was, and then they hung up on me. Be careful when dealing with this dealership, not sure. They're all they're cracked up to be. My experience was horrible.

  recently purchased a truck from Clay Cooley, and the experience didn’t match how they present themselves as “family-owned.” The test drive was solid, but once it came time to finalize the deal, things changed. I asked about adding bed rails or a spray-in bedliner (which another dealership offered), and the sales manager said he would check with the GM—but nothing was ever done. There was confusion about who my salesperson was, I didn’t get clear answers, and after the purchase no one took time to go over the truck. I was even left to install my own front license plate. When I followed up, I was told nothing could be done. Overall, there was a clear gap between what was discussed and what was delivered. Kendrick Thomas

  I had an amazing experience at this dealership from start to finish. Jose and William were absolutely top-notch—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through every step of the process, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The environment of the whole team was super friendly and welcoming to my family. They made it smooth and actually enjoyable. They really went above and beyond to get me into the right Toyota for my needs and budget. I truly appreciate their patience and honesty throughout the entire experience. If you’re looking for great customer service and a team that actually cares, ask for Jose and William—you won’t be disappointed!!!

  I drove my truck over there to get it checked out and i made sure they write in the description that i drove it and dropped it off for check engine light diagnostic..they called me back about a week telling me that the repair cost its about 8000$ ..that my truck needed a transmission valve body..how that possible when i been driving it for years..then when i went to pick it up they said i have to tow it back cuz it wont start..i was like what the hell how that happens and i heared no answer from them ..they charged me full amount of diagostic fees they did not try to wave some of the fees since.they broke it down..i.had to.tow.it.back and pay for the tow out of ny pocket..then i start checkiny my truck and found out they disconnect.my transmission connector for me not to be able to drive it..they were pushing me to fix it over there for thousands of dollars..and now here am i connected back and my truck is running fine without changing.any parts.on it..this dealer is scam and they doesnt know what.the hell are they doing..i dont wanna mention the manager name he was so rude to me..never take anyrhing over there they just want to rip u off be careful.
