Well, let's just start there are zero people there that actually take accountability for anything. Turning in a lease and after we sit for 20 minutes, they decide to send a woman out that had been there for only three weeks to tell us that she doesn't know how to turn in a lease and I can hit any other CDJR dealer in the DFW. The comical part is this is where we picked it up, and after a solid month of calls trying to get someone that do more than fog a mirror up under their nose, we get introduced the lady who can't even tell us why. By an even worse PM finance manager. Bad day to be a Clay Cooley fan. Embarrassingly poor customer service. They went above and beyond to alienate us.

The service was almost a 0.5 star. I towed my beloved Jeep here because it wouldn't start after going to my personal mechanic and he changed every physical thing that could be changed to his knowledge. After leaving my beloved Jeep there, I was told that my car was fixed and would start faithfully (I asked multiple times) only to crank it the next day and still find the same problem. I called them back and the attendant was giving me big lip about how it was my mechanic's fault and was not being solution oriented and was VERY quick to defend the company and I kindly asked to be directed to someone else. Never did I know I would placed in the care of an ANGEL named Elvis. Not Elvis Presley but he very well was the King of Hospitality. He was the baby bear of my concerns and made things "just right." While I waited for Colton, the mechanic who work his beautiful mechanical gift on my beloved, Elvis and I sat and spoke about life, family, insurance, retirement and the randomest of things. I had not even noticed that I was the last customer- time flew. And when I looked up there was Colton there to explain to me thoroughly about the grounds in my car and how he was able to make it start and it has started every time since. I am very thankful for both Elvis and Colton for giving my beloved, whom has gracefully been delivering me from place to place for the last 10 years, more life. I could never vouch for everyone there because it would be a lie but I'd ride for Elvis and Colton. Let them take care of your services so Elvis can take that trip to Japan before retirement.

Do NOT buy or lease from this place. Customer service is horrible and satisfaction is not guaranteed or even addressed. I leased a Jeep in 2023 and bought a very expensive warranty to cover repairs upon return. It was explained to me that it would cover everything. The return of the vehicle, however, was very unprofessional and undocumented. The bank told me the dealership had to file the claim for the warranty, and the dealership told me that 1) they don't sell that warranty anymore, and 2) the person that sold me the warranty didn't work there anymore. And that was it. There was nothing they would do. The bank said they shouldn't be selling warranties if they don't plan to back them up. I had to go into the dealership three times personally just to talk to someone to see how the final process was going. They told me at one point they didn't even have my jeep there. It was a run-around of epic proportions. Every time I go in there the sales people have changed, financial people are new and no one knows what's going on. Do your research and find a dealership that actually cares and will care three years down the road when you try and turn a vehicle in. Because of their unwillingness to help, I will end up not getting satisfaction for my warranty. Don't let them upsell you on anything because their promises are worthless. Just like their service.

Atrocious experience. Saturday: I dropped the truck off, asked the tech how much the estimate would be and he said he didn’t know until he input it into the system, and that the service rep would send one for me to sign. Then I was then sent a signed $836 estimate for 3 separate diagnosis charges. I didn’t sign the estimate. Then I called and specifically told them 1. I didn’t sign the estimate and 2. Not to work on the truck until I talked to my service rep (who I never actually spoke to once). Monday I called the rep phone number on the estimate and left a voicemail…. and then they send an invoice for work done, no call from the rep and then I had to argue with a higher up who refused to remove the charge because he didn’t have anyone on the payroll by the name of “someone” that he could confirm my call with on Saturday. Asked him to review the recorded call logs, gave the time of day the call happened and next morning they removed the diagnosis charges I had not signed for. If you do decide to go here, can’t recommend enough to flip through their service page for deals, for example a check engine light diagnosis is currently listed at $95.95.

Had a very bad experience with the Service department. My car brought in for repairs in the month of March 2026 after it was side swiped by an 18 wheeler in the last week of February 2026. I worked with the insurance agent to make sure the dealership was paid in full for their claim, whichthey did. The process took 4 months before I got my car back in June 2026. However, it was making a grinding sound when making a right turn and I brought it back within a week or so. I asked for a deadline multiple times and only got the run around. Excuses, broken promises, no delivery date. Today, I asked to see the service manager and he immediately looked into the case and promised to fix and deliver the car on Tuesday next week. Let us see if this promise is kept. It should be noted that I was provided a loaner car. However, it is not an EV. The gas per gallon is costing me about $30.00 every 3 - 4 days. I have been paying for the leased car for the past 6 months. Who will be responsible for that.
