I had an amazing experience working with Jaylan He made the entire process quick, easy, and completely stress-free. I honestly didn’t think I was going to get approved for the Camaro I wanted, but he made it happen! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and really knew what he was doing. He answered all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and kept me updated every step of the way. Gigi is the best she was able to get me approved and get my car traded in as well I truly recommend Clay Cooley Chevrolet I had gone to Vandergriff Chevrolet in Arlington and they told me I needed a co-signer and I couldn’t be approved on my own but Clay Cooley Chevrolet proved them wrong and got me into a 2026 Chevy Trailblazer Lt I’m so happy with my new suv and if you go looking for a new car look for Gigi and tell her I sent you she will take great care of you

I would like to recognize Misty and her team of technicians for their outstanding service and expertise in completing front-end steering and suspension repairs on one of our 2022 Ram 4500 fleet vehicles.

Shout out to Stefan at the service center! He took care of the special service bulletin for my wife’s truck same day and even accommodated for the fact that we wouldn’t be able to pick up at service center hours and had the keys and paperwork taken to the sales counter for us and was very courteous A+
We purchased a 2024 Chevy Tahoe High Country on 12/10/25 for approx $70,000.00 with approx 6,000 miles on it. Our understanding is that it was coming with 2 key fobs. We received delivery of the Tahoe later that evening with our sales rep Justin G.
We signed the final forms and took possession of the vehicle, but he only provided 1 key fob and stated that the other key fob was likely with the sales and/or general manager and would be mailed to us with the registration info.
I text Justin on 12/12/25 and reminded him of the 2nd key fob. He replied and confirmed (never denying we were owed a 2nd key fob) I text Justin again on 12/29/25 and requested an update on the key fob, he replied that he was no longer employed at the dealership.
I came into the dealership on 1/31/26 and picked up the registration sticker but no key fob. I spoke with the sales manager Mr. Demain and discussed the details of the situation. He gave me his cell number and advised me to contact Easy Care (an extended warranty company that they push) to file a lost key claim. I knew this route was nothing more than him dumping the responsibility of this issue on to me to handle instead of him. I reminded him that we did not lose the key, we never got the 2nd key fob. I began to question his integrity at this point.
I text Mr. Demain on 5/13/26 and he advised me that it was his day off, and to contact him the following day, so I did. I text and invited him to call me so we could discuss the situation, and remind him of the details involved and our in person conversation in January. He did not call me, only a handful of text messages disputing the facts.
I paid a mobile service $351.81 for a replacement key fob and programing.
To our knowledge, there were no documents that were signed advising that this vehicle was being purchased with only 1 key fob.
We also filed a complaint with the BBB which is unresolved.
