Every time I talk to Brandon or the other office person and checked on it they had a different excuse on why they hadn't got to it. I picked my trailer up to take it to another shop and all they said was it's outback. Poor customer service and communication. They wasted a month of my time. Everyone who I dealt with had a I don't care about your business type of attitude which was very disappointing. Definitely won't be doing business with big text trailers ever again.
